      I have called a lyft on 28 june 2025 around 3:55-4pm to catch my flight and when the driver arrived, he rejected us because we have a small dog totally in her crate. He told us to call an ***** with very rude behavior, cancelled and left us there. We hardly caught our flight after my partner called an **** instead. You should either put a pet option or choose better drivers. Please warn your driver about this rude behavior. I cannot find the name because he cancelled and it does not show on my trips but you can easily find from my account. There is another trip that I have cancelled after what happened because lyft automatically found a new driver when the rude driver cancelled. I am not referring to that one.

      A Lyft damaged my door. Lyft wants to pay me $150. For $1225 worth of damage

      I requested a Lyft ride on June 30, 2025 from the ********* Rental Car facility. I received my driver details and walked to the pick up area. Then I saw a message that said welcome and the driver drove away. I sent an in-app message to driver asking where he was as I saw on the map he left facility. He never replied so I requested another Lyft ride. I was charged for the original and the actual ride. My complaint is that there is not an easy way to dispute the ride. You have to do everything on the app and there was not an option for driver picked up wrong passenger. I selected another option and got a message that charge was valid. I am upset that it was difficult for me to dispute so I have to go to my credit card company. In addition, I was taking advantage of a one time discount code and lost that discount on a ride I didnt take. I would like a human to look into this for me.

      On june 30th Lyft charged ****** to my venmo with no prior authorization, no goods or services delivered, this was not a temporary hold. ***** wont dispute it and I cannot get a response from Lyft.
