      They lost my prescription medication (benzodiazepines) and now Im going to go through withdrawal. Would leave zero if that was an option Never bring anything important with you when you travel and youll be fine I guess

      My credit card was charged another $100 after being quoted $34.55. After finding several numbers to customer service, neither was accurate. My credit card company had to remove it since couldnt reach Lyft.

      Lyft is a horrible app to use. They have no customer service options whatsoever. They do not respond to emails and have made it impossible to get help when having an issue riding. They charged my card a 6$ cancel fee when I nor my driver cancelled the ride and theres no ride in my history that was cancelled.

      After a minor spill in a drivers car I was charged $80 in cleaning/damage fee. Their own page states that the spill i caused would have only been a $20 charge. All attempts to correct this have been met with passive aggression and excuses as they refuse to adhere to THEIR OWN STANDERS. Over all ive been using their survice with no issues until now, I even preferred it to competitors. But this complete disrespect for the customer is abhorrent.

      Changed price after requesting ride. Blatant fraud. Requested ride for $84. After ride is completed I was charged $150. Pricing is dynamic, is what customer service said. Not sure how that means they can change the price AFTER you agree to the purchase.

      Tried to cancel rides online apparently you can only do it via the app which does not work properly. Scheduled rides dud not appear on the app so unable to cancel. Tried chat for help did nit do any good. Phone line help is non existent-it directed me to the app. Tried to cancel my account but nor sure if they will do it or not

      I put $50 Lyft cash on my account, never used it and my Lyft cash says $0. Ive been trying for months to clear this up with no help.

      There was no AC and this was a 45minute ride. It was literally 99 degrees outside and my mom has health issues. It is inexcusable that you dont warn customers the vehicle has no AC and at least let them choose whether to accept that ride. We were already on the trip, I asked if he had AC and he said yes, but all it did was blow warm air. This simply wasnt safe.

      Title: Left Stranded in the Mountains No Accountability from Lyft I scheduled a confirmed ride with Lyft on May 28, 2025, from *********** to **************. My wife and I arrived on time at the pickup locationdeep in the mountainstrusting Lyfts service. But no driver ever showed up. No text, no cancellation, no support. We were left stranded in a remote area with no cell signal and no backup.After waiting over an hour, we were forced to walk for miles until we found someone willing to help us. Even worse, the Lyft app erased all trace of the ride. It vanished as if it never existed.Lyft later claimed they sent a text that couldnt be delivered, and blamed the location. But if service was required, why was I able to book and get a confirmation in the first place?They offered me $100 in credit and refused to accept any fault. No transparency, no accountability, no safety protocols. Just blame and excuses.If you rely on Lyft for transportation in unfamiliar areasor care about reliability and responsibilityI strongly advise you to reconsider.
