  Indiegogo are scammers. Alongside everything listed. They don't care if you dont even receive and item because they already got paid. They owe so many people from iKuddle scam in 2019. Refund everyone and go under already.

  Indiegogo are scammers. They literally let the people take your money and dont care if you dont even receive and item because they already got paid. They owe me more than $300 dollars from 2019. I have emailed them more then a dozen of times too.

  I pre ordered and paid for hearing sides on Nov 2022 with delivery in Jan 2023. I emailed several different emails. Do not have a phone number I just want someone to contact me as to when I will receive them. Or someone to please contact me **************

  I have contributed to two campaigns through Indiegogo. The first, I received my product as promised. The second was a widespread fraud. I have tried contacting Indiegogo, but their contact page is a joke. Even if you are already logged in to your account, it asks you to login again. The issue comes when you log in again and it takes you back to the home page, not the contact page. It's just a loop of logging in and then being taken back to home. This company enables fraud as they do not require ANY accountability on behalf of the people/companies seeking crowdfunding. Stay far, far away from their site.

  Backed a campaign 2 years ago. Never received the product and indiegogo did next to nothing except send the complaint I sent them to the campaign owner who proceeded to tell me they don't do refunds, the product is "on its way" and I was being rude for calling them a scam.Never doing business with indiegogo ever again and suggest others follow suit!

  Indiegogo has been the biggest innovator of theft since 2008. Their platform has been **** with scams and fraudulent campaigns from the start, and their efforts to stop this problem didn't have been laughable. Instead of protecting consumers and investors, they've opted to protect themselves from consumer litigation by adding 'No Class Action Allowed' into their terms of service. Both campaigns that scammed me were successful ones, and they made off with over $100,000 each, but those perks never got delivered, and my attempts to contact the campaign owners were met with silence.Indiegogo enabled these thieves, and they protect them over individual backers that pay for everything they need to continue their business. They claim in their Trust section on their site that they "Do not tolerate abuse of our system and take appropriate action when necessary to maintain the integrity of our platform.", yet it has been shown dozens of times that they do the exact opposite. If they want to show integrity, they would back up individual investors when their system is abused and reimburse them when they fail to keep their word on preventing fraud and scams from being hosted on their platform. If anything they have given up on preventing anything. Their reputation is nonexistent at this point, and I will not be surprised and will actually be delighted if their business goes under.

  I had $241 stolen for a campaign called WasteRiviver: Kitchen Composter. Ive since learned this group has held this scam campaign on multiple platforms and taken hundreds of thousands of dollars. Indiegogo doesnt care at all about this, and even after its been made clear the campaign is a scam, it is still up so more people can lose money. These people should be in jail and subject to a federal investigation. Stay away from this company and everyone tied to them.

  This site is nothing but a scam. They allow people to raise millions of dollars without any recourse on shipping to those who funded. Volterman for example, is now widely available from many sites, including their own yet they have not shipped wallets to thousands who purchased them in 2017. If there is enough stock for them to sell on their own website and to other dealers to sell then they have enough stock to look after the people who helped fund the creation. I have asked for a refund several times since 2017 and 1) they never respond 2) they are fully aware that the seller is frauding people and they are ok with it because they made their cut. DO NOT BUY FROM INDIEGOGO.
