    I first started my business in 2020 and during this entire time . It has been a disappointing roller coaster ride. I know I should have done a more thorough investigation before interacting with this company . When I had recommended my coworkers/family members to join logo iconix and they mentioned all the bad reviews/lawsuits/complaints, which should have raised a red flag . I was hoping the reviews not to be true . It is my perception that it appears to be the same person/persons again disguising themselves using different names and phones numbers pretending to be other workers . I have been requested on several occasions over and over again to have my passwords in addition other operable codes etc in case I wanted to change any product update. I had to wait days and weeks until someone contacted me to have product change . This caused me to lose customers and there is no regards . I was told that I own the website apparently thats not necessarily true . There always seems to be an issue every time I ask to obtain written copyright information which I am still waiting until this very day .In these pass few months I been receiving many phone calls and text about money and because they couldnt get a response from me in a timely fashion they shut down my website until I am able to get in contact with them . This has become a common practice that I find to be true based on the reviews . All or most customers have agreed to this practice . I invested money in this company and didnt receive the services I paid for . I paid for the entire year to have my website up and running only to have it shut down whenever I cant get in touch with them in timely fashion . It is my perception that logo iconix is using the website shut down as a manipulating and control practice. That only target single women . Currently my website has been shut down and there is no courtesy call or explanation as to why because its paid. I have considered legal counsel.
