    I downloaded the Premise App in my ****** play store and I started doing Gig work for Premise. Recently I did $22.10 in jobs for Premise. My jobs were completed, reviewed and accepted by Premise. Premise then put $22.10 into my Premise account. To withdraw funds from your premise account you have to request your funds in Premise be transferred to your PayPal account. For three days I tried to cash my earring out to PayPal and Premise s app was not working properly and would not let me transfer my funds to PayPal. Premise blames PayPal for this issue but it is not Paypal it is Premise. On the third day of my contacting Premise asking them why can't I get my money that I worked for and I earned. ON the third day Premise goes into my account and steals my $22.10 that I have in my account. Mind you this $22.10 is money that I earned for jobs that were reviewed and accepted by Premise. Premise goes into my account, steals my money and closes my account. They did all this because I was starting to ask questions about why I can access my money and I don't think they liked that. When I noticed my money was stolen by Premise I contacted them immediately and asked them what was going on. Premise said that I didn't follow the rules and my account violated their rules so they had to close my account and take my money that they already paid me for. This is unacceptable and I earned that money and I want this company held accountable. There are many stories like mine and many victims of Premise stealing from them.

    Today, one person came in, and then asked me to show one of our product. He started to take photo, and I asked why he is taking every side of box and upload the picture on some app. App calls Premise Data. It says they need to take picture of the product in AMPM, not small retail shop like us. The user of the app teased us to show every product which he can make money from taking picture of it and share it on app. What kind of app asks users to take picture of Vape product and pays for it? I am little concern if the app or the company tries to make fake vape products thru these pictures. Also, this app is helping well-known companies (Like Wal-mart, AmPm, Target, etc). It isn't helping local business but its users taking picture from small retail shop like us. The app can report where the photo took from. It means minors or criminals can use informations to target certain businesses. As you know, minors robbed or smash-and-grabbed businesses like ours. These kind of suspicious acts must be stopped before photos use for counterfeit products and let criminals or minors target the retail stores.

    I signed up on Premise Data by downloading the app, and creating a user profile. I was told that I would be paid for completing various microtasks and mystery shopping jobs. For example, I scanned items in a grocery store, took pictures of displays in ******** photographed EV charging stations, and took photos of the outside of a restaurant. All of the tasks were accepted as complete, and I presume Premise Data gained useful data for its corporate clients.I earned enough money that I accumulated 33 dollars on my premise account. However, when I attempted to retrieve my payout, it was not available. I tried for several days to collect the payment owed to me within the app. The payment failed each time. I contacted customer support and they were unhelpful.The premise app gives users the option to use multiple Paypal accounts for collecting payment. So, I added two additional Paypal accounts (that I have access to) and attempted to use those to collect payment as well. These attempts were also unsuccessful.Rather than helping me access the funds I am owed, Premise has suspended my account. Their allegation is that I tried to use multiple payment accounts to retrieve my money. This is despite the fact that their app is designed specifically to allow this. I have attempted to contact the company and cooperated with their investigation. However, nothing was resolved. I would like to get the money owed to me. As that was earned by me at cost of my own time, mileage on my vehicle, and gas.

    Business does not pay for the data you provide. Cash out always fails and they are working on it. Do not waste your time with this scumbag organization. A bunch of crooks. Bunch of losers.

    I do task for this company. I have been owed money and been unable to collect it for over two months now. I am being lied to when I ask why this is happening. I dont think this company should be allowed to lie to people and lure in new users. Its wrong

    They have not paid me for the work that I've done for almost 2 months now. At first, after I completed tasks, I was paid. Then when I did more and more tasks and got my balance to a decent amount. They all the sudden aren't allowing cash outs. It fails every time. And when I message them they all say the same thing. That they're working on it and it will be resolved soon but nothing has been done.

    I am using the premise app. I can't get the ***** to my PayPal account. The ********************** app was contacted on April 2 and the issue has not been resolved for 2 weeks been having issue. They Said they are aware of the issue but are not fixing the technical issue or paying me by another method.

    Premise data is a data collection app/membership. Premise Data has very strict rules of conduct for it's contributors. Contributors are awarded payouts for locating the listed items, which can be quite difficult. However, every single time a contributor reaches a cash out point there suddenly seems to be an issue with cash outs. Premise's rules of conduct are so strict it's laughable that they would even think to pull the cash out issues. Contributors follow the struct rules and thereby so should Premise Data. I would like to get my payout, but more over I would like to see some accountability and reprecussions for the failure of Premise Data to upkeep their side of the agreement. Contributors are expected to behave a certain way, thus as a contributor I expect for Premise to uphold their end within a reasonable time frame.

    Premise app has users complete short tasks for cash sent to PayPal. I have completed 3 tasks and I can not get my payment. Total is $34. They have been telling me for a week that their payment platform is being fixed and they don't have a date for when it will be done. They will not give me any information or just send my payment manually to my ***************** PayPal email.

    I performed tasks for premise. My earnings were placed in a wallet in my account and every time I've tried to cash out it fails and I'm told they are working on the issue. Others have gotten paid and I am not. I just want my $25 I earned.
