    This is an app that contracts with users to gather data for them by doing small tasks in exchange for payment. Users cash out money owed to them via PayPal, Coinbase, or Payoneer. Since 2/22/23 my attempts to cash out have "failed". When contacting support, I was told that they are experiencing difficulty with their payment system. I have attempted to cash out many times with the same result. If you look at the most recent reviews of this app ("Premise") on the App Store, you will see that most of these recent reviews are from people who have also not been paid. However, this app continues to post new tasks daily.I believe it is illegal for a company to contract with someone to do work in promise for payment, and then refuse to pay them after the work has been completed. I feel that this app should be prevented from soliciting people to do work for which they are not going to pay. Many of these tasks involve finding and photographing specific products, which requires travel to a specific location, meaning people have used gas, in addition to their time to perform these tasks. Therefore, continuing to solicit people to do these things for no pay means this is basically a scam. I therefore believe that this company should be prevented from contracting with people to do new work, until they have paid all of the people that they owe for previous work.

    Premise data has been not paying the contributors for over a month now. Contributors are app users who do for example location based tasks and get paid for it. At this moment they still collect data but are paying *****. They copy-paste answers in their support and ********* they havent made a public statement about the issue and encourage people to download and contribute with promises to pay. I have made 27 consecutive days screenshots of the issue on cashing out, in case they would delete the info from their app. At this point claiming that it is a software issue does not hold ground. I have no hope in getting my money, but i want that new people would be warned and the app removed from the playstore and Apple store. It is not normal business practise but since it is in *******, not much can be done from Europe. Also every company, that uses their services also exploit the people who have been done the surveys and tasks in knowing that they would be paid.

    I just want to be paid for completing the test I did the job so I want to get paid.

    This company has rejected my survey responses multiple times. I have proactively reached out to reach a resolution with them, but they only ambiguously state to follow Community Guidelines and read instructions. One of my most recent service requests to them was: "I just completed surveys that were AGAIN rejected. I did not receive a satisfactory response the last time I requested information on this, just that it wasn't following policy. I am reading everything thoroughly and responding accurately. If I am still being flagged for "responding too quickly", this is clearly an issue your platform needs to address. I could leave the survey open longer to have more time count, but this seems like a ridiculous and inefficient workaround. From the inadequate response I received from customer service last time, this seems to be the implication of what I should do since I'm already reading and responding thoroughly and accurately. I would appreciate if my concerns could be addressed this time and my account balance adjusted accordingly."

    I used to complete surveys on a regular basis for this company. Recently my surveys started to be denied for no discernible reason. Eventually I found out that it was due to some sort of quality control - relating to what they perceived as, Please make sure to complete tasks more slowly, really reading and paying attention to all of the text that is presented. As this is not quantifiable and people read and respond at different times while still providing thoughtful answers (or at least I did), I cant recommend doing projects for this company as it will waste your time.
