      When I had a data breach they were unreachable other than by a report. They responded to the report but were vague and provided very little response to direct questions about the security of my data (hacked) or how to regain access. I wrote to both the President and CEO and received no response. I have used their 2TB paid service for approximately ************************************************************** as a customer and moreover about the integrity of my data.

      Dropbox charged me twice each month for services. I went into my account to switch cards to pay for services and they continued to **** be on both accounts and refused to pay back half of what I was charged.

      Can never get enough money, services offered are not as they appear particularly the connectivity of family plans. Everything you need help with is always the next pay level up. The desktop app isn't the worst, unless you have more than one account and then it pretty much can be. Prices are unfriendly to small businesses and the customer support is even worst.
