    I paid the money by transfer from my checking account. I know they received the funds because they sent 25% to the seller. However, I paid the money on Monday. The motorcycle has been delivered (Thursday) and they are "Reviewing Received Payment". I had to Venmo the 75% balance to the seller so he could release the motorcycle to the shipper. The seller is nice and has great reviews so I'm not worried about getting my 75% back from Escrow.com, when they finally release the money to the seller because I feel confident that the seller will Venmo me the overpayment. Obviously, this has been unbelievable how they expect you to wait at least 5 days (and counting) to release the money to the seller so you can have your item shipped. ****** learned and hopefully others will learn through my bad experience.

    Two months ago I sold a website but till today I still haven't received my money.Their support is terrible, I don't know if they are bots or real people. After a month of sending support tickets, they finally find out that the payment is stuck in the intermediary bank.I requested the swift document, so my bank can track the payment, but they keep sending me the payment receipt which is not the same, and the bank cannot do anything with that document.After another month of waiting, their payments team lead told me they cannot do anything and advised me that my bank need to call the intermediary bank, which is impossible without a swift document.I'm taking legal measures against the company.I suggest avoiding this company as they are not doing anything to protect their customers and make sure they received the money, which is why we are paying the service fee.
