  As everyone has said here, horrible company. They're happy to help you move along the transaction to get your money. Then once they receive it they're going to bring things to a dead stop and hold it as long as possible. Transaction went smoothly for 2-3 days and once they got the money it's now been 2 weeks calling them EVERYDAY and they will not release funds. There's always a new reason or they "need more information" or "processing." **************** refuses to send you to anyone else of authority and says "you'll get a call" and you won't. Do not use the service

  HORRIBLE! I bought a motorcycle from a guy in *****, shipped on 9/28 and rec'd on 9/30. I've been riding it for over a week and this company still won't release his funds! I've provided 7 emails of confirmation, pictures, time and date stamps, and they keep asking for more and more proof. DO NOT USE THEM. There are other companies more reputable. AWFUL!!!!!

  The buyer received his item and notified escrow.com. Seven days have passed and I still get excuses for not having my payment as the seller processed. So far I'm out $8k and absolutely furious about it. If you use these guys, be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to get your money out of them.

  ************ takes your money and holds it! keeps asking for more and more documents, Tells you after you send them what they ask for everything is good. Then nothing you call them again and they say ooh we need something else from you and it just goes on and on and on and on.Do not use probably the worst business I've every had to deal with!

  I have had the same experience as those posted before me. That is, being asked to provide specific documents, then denying those same documents and requesting different documents. Multiple calls and emails were insufficient and not helpful. They will give you the run around. Make sure to document all interactions and record phone calls.

  Avoid using this company at ALL costs! They are a scam! They are Not helpful at all! I was a longtime customer with **** and unfortunately will NO longer be able to enjoy their shopping experience due to **** forcing you to use escrow.com Do Not Use Escrow.com!

  Its been a month and theyre still holding the money. They keep asking to submit random information and documents without ever actually progressing with the transaction. It seems no matter what you give them they want something else immediately after.They asked for a signed agreement then once it was submitted they said they cant accept it because it is signed. Doesnt even make sense. Then they start asking for social media accounts and such which have nothing to do with the transaction.You have a less chance of getting scammed by sending your money to Nigerians and Indian scammers than using a third party service such as escrow.Avoid at all costs and do not ever consider using them.

  Same experience as all others listed below. I finally did get my money refunded, after 12 days, and multiple phone calls and emails It was absurd. They had 0 desire to do the right thing.

  This place is a fraud to the point I am hiring an attorney and filing a complaint with The ********** ********** of ********** and Innovation, which regulates escrow agents. These people took my $17,000 immediately after I signed up for their services. They have been giving me the run around since that day. I have canceled their service and asked for a full refund and complied with their request but they just keep adding more requests to complete the refund. There should be no problem returning the money to the same account it came from, especially since both me and the seller confirmed the cancellation of our transaction using their services. BEWARE, this company is far from trustworthy!

  Avoid this dumpster fire of a company. We were trying to close a deal by the end of February (it was feb 12th)....should have been easy. They received wire transfer and 9 days later still holding funds without any explanation and now theres no way the deal will finish in time. If you want to s**** a deal up and get charged for it by all means use them otherwise avoid like the plague.
