I brought a package of shirts and hates worth about ****** and it was delivered to a different building in my apartment complex. I showed customer service that the photo for proof of delivery was not my door. Even showed them other orders I had delivered before photos and new ones after the purchase date. They refused to reship or even refund me and only offered a store credit. Terrible customer service and I will never use them again, as I will have to make a complaint here and with my Attorney general in my state. The photo of proof of delivery is not even of my door. I went over this ***** and she stone walled me and said there's nothing they can do besides a credit. That in the future if it happpened again, I would just be stuck with the charge and they will not even provide a credit or refund. Worst part is 4 months ago they sent me the wrong size crocs and I had to return them. They took a restocking fee out of my refund, when they sent me the wrong item to begin with.Initial Complaint

04/05/2025 I purchased 5 items from the site Culture Kings. I paid ****** for the transaction. My items were sent but did not arrive at my home. I went to their website to find out what error was happening with the order. Their site states my order was returned to sender. I sent a message to them, through their site on Monday, 04/14/25 requesting information on delivery or a refund. I have yet to receive a response. I have not received a refund to my account. I ordered the items as i saw an ad on instagram. I also downloaded their app on my iPhone. I wish i had researched the company more prior to buying.Initial Complaint

I ordered a t shirt from Culture Kings in a size small. I received the T-shirt and it was huge. According to their online sizing my shirt was a Large. I recently purchased a hat advertised as a high-profile hat and pre-curved brim. I have many hats of my own so I was pretty sure this hat according to the pictures and descriptions would be as I already imagined but I was very mistaken. The hat is very different from the pictures with the brim being clearly less curved than advertised and the hat actually being a low to medium profile hat. I am aware that the initial shipping costs that I paid are probably already lost but besides that I dont understand how the company is only offering me a $30.75 refund with (subject to handling fee) when the total price that I paid was $47.69 USD. I made a purchase on January 31st for a New Era ************** 'Pink Satin Hearts 2.0' 9FORTY A-Frame Snapback Black/Pink. I was told shipping 3-7 business days. It was marked delivered on February 7th by ****. But was no delivered. I contacted the company the day after when it didnt arrive thinking it may have been just a mistake. I received a response to try to file a claim with ***** They will not accept a claim since the company didnt use them initially. (Seems like a shipping loop hole they used dhl). I sent several emails asking for an update which I didnt receive until yesterday February the 16th 9 days after the promised delivery and 16 days after the purchase. Not theyre telling me without a claim number they will not doing anything. It seems like they are tying to get one over on me which is very frustratingInitial Complaint

i ordered from them 2 times , 1st was shipped to a different address in a different zip code which showed on the tracking and i even went to the post office in the zip code for them to investigate and they told me the address it was delivered to was on the box and not my address , so i reached out to culture kings through email and after 5 emails they finally responded after almost a month and they didn't want to give me a refund for my misdeliverd package because it says "deliverd" and gave me store credit and express shipping instead so I took my time to order again and just ordered something black friday and guess what I didn't get this order either it was once again delivered to a different address and signed for by someone ( J ****) at a dock and no delivery photo was available And I would've never ordered again if they gave me my money back .1st order was 3 hats which totalled $74 and 2nd order was 5 hats which totalled $119Initial Complaint

I never received my order. The company refuses to give me a refund. Their store is mostly for men and I am a woman who was buying a birthday gift for a friend. I purchased this item on October 18 and was supposed to be delivered by *** who stated there was an issue with the address and returned the item back to them at the time I came in contact and asked for the item to be reship out . Which some time passed and I reached out again asking for the item to be refunded they explained the process could take some time I waited I received notification that the item was sent back to them and received i contact to let them know and she said to allow a few days as I'm waiting I received another email stating they resent the item out per my request I have attached all emails of the back and fourth where they stated they would update the notes to process the refund so I'm not clear why the item would be shipped out again and I have yet to receive any tracking info or my refund as requested please assistInitial Complaint

ORDER #CKUS1812914 from Culture Kings US.Placed on 2024-05-24 at 16:26 pm.Amount is $272.80 paid to them online transaction. Total items ordered is 7 tshirts.Tracking shows its delivered but nothing has been received on my end. I filed a complaint with the carrier as the seller suggested, even gave them the complaint number but they are unwilling to refund me. I contacted the customer service to inform them that I did not receive the order. the seller informed me to contact **** to file a claim, which I did and **** informed that the seller did not put insurance on the item and that a claim cannot be filed because of it. I informed the seller and provided the screenshot of **** informing me that a claim cannot be filed due to lack of insurance. I informed the seller that I want a refund and the seller stopped responding. I want my refund. Order number is CKUS1908918.
