I purchased clothing from culture kings back June 27th for 2 items total 57 dollars. The order never arrived but said it was delivered. No problem I understand things happen contacted culture kings they told me to do all these things. Contact the shipment and confirm is neighbors have sent it and file an issues with the **** Which is did and sent that information they asked for the next day. Well ever since then its been almost 2 weeks now and havent heard for anyone no more its like they not replying to my emails for some reason and when I call I dont hear back. Never had issues with culture kings but now this is problem since I paid for products and didnt receive and confirmed it wasnt received and never heard from Them after constant emails . All I want is a refund for my order at this point I was okay with re Shippment or a gift card but I havent heard anything at all and been getting avoided . My order number is CKUS1536971. Bought a shirt from culture kings. It was a terrible misprint and I've reached out several times. Their phone goes straight to voicemail. Emailed several times, provided pictures and they agreed it is not up to standard and that I am entitled to a refund or credit. Nothing has been done to rectify the situation and it's been weeks. They are a terrible shady scammer buisness and I want my refund asap. This has been dragged out for a long time now. I am beyond ****** off with them. I want my entire refund of $52.41 immediately. There is a clear box around the print wilhich is not what was advertised and clearly shows a misprint. I do not want ANYTHING but a FULL refund and will be filing with department of consumer affairs next and will be posting on every ad they put on social media warning customers of this shady company to not buy from these scammers.Initial Complaint

Auto placed my order without confirming my address. I asked to cancel order or change address immediately. They responded post shipping w/ a customer service number. It had already shipped to the incorrect address. Hello I ordered two pair of shorts for my son when I received them they were too small so I wanted to exchange one of them and get a refund for the other. I sent all my information back. This was back April 18. It is now May 6 and I have had to fight with these people to get my exchange that I was guaranteed and have yet to receive my refund for the $24, this has been the worst experience Ive ever had from something that should be so simple. This is in reference to Cukture kings order CKUS1356011 totaling a refund owed to me of $637.40 I made this return using the return label they provided me. The tracking info provided by the ************* postal service shows they received the return. They are refusing to refund my money claiming that even though the tracking info says they received it, they dont know where the package is. This is extremely unfair to me, as I am just the customer who did the right thing and returned the package using their own return label.Business Response

0nline clothing mail order (sweatshirt hoodie) immediately noticed the system applied tax. Delivery is going to ** non taxable. Sent several emails prior and the answers I received to iustify the tax assessed was "thier system" applies it also Culture Kings is registered as sporting goods, huh? Not subject to tax in ********** Frustrated because it is a birthday gift I reluctantly ordered. I received the product, packaging does not state its a sporting goods but "streetwear". I requested a credit adjustment to my **** of America card, at this moment do not want to dispute the entire transaction. To tax or not to tax??!! Please advise resolution.
