******** customer service from AI bot on 800 number. My card was charged $175 and no product was delivered a second time for me to even send back. Steps to cancel account should not be difficult yet they are. I had to ****** how to cancel this subscription.

Not sure how Hims has an A+ rating with the BBB. They use the disgusting practice of charging you for a subscription no matter if the customer only intended on a one time purchase. Expect a charge for hundreds of dollars a few months after trying out hims. If you do try their products, CANCEL immediately after purchasing.Hims & Hers Inc.

This company will prescribe anything to you - even if it is not medically appropriate! They just want to make a profit and when you cancel they try and sneak another order out to you and charge your credit card. Absolute Crooks!Hims & Hers Inc.
