  I tried to cancel my oral ********* order before receiving it due to side effect concerns from my doctor. **************** refused to refund the $175 or let me switch to skincare, and instead pressured me into paying another $90 for the topical version which also caused severe side effects.They only refunded the $90, not the original $175, even though I never used the oral pills. If they could refund one charge, why not both? They dont care about customer safety, have no real customer service number, and show no flexibility or empathy.This company is a scam. *** filed a credit card dispute and Im not the only one having issues. They need to be sued. Stay far away!

  Beware!!!Was billed for the full three months of the prescription. After two days, I was having terrible side effects. They would not refund me any of my money. Very deceptive company.

  Warning to seniors about utilizing this company for *********** for weight loss. I began using *********** injections through HIMS in August 2024, at age 77. At the time of my renewal, I wanted to change from a six-month subscription to a one-year one. They instructed me to cancel my current subscription and sign up like a new customer for the change. When I did that, the system would not process my request, stating I exceeded their age requirement of 76. The only way of communicating with staff is by messaging on the app. Long story short, going back and forth with their AI assistant, case managers and doctors for the whole month of March, I was unable to renew the program. The doctors said they were approving me for treatment, but the case managers were not able to give me a workaround for the age question on the registration system. They stated they did not have a way to override the age question. I have never seen an organization that did not have IT people who could do this. I complained to anyone I messaged that I would not have begun the program and spent all that money less than a year ago if I knew they would change the age requirements and kick me off. At that point I had lost over 20 pounds but if you stop the injections, you gain all the weight back. I am not asking for a resolution for I have found a program that serves seniors. But this is a warning to anyone over age 65 that they might lower the age requirements again and you might be wasting your money. I do recommend *********** treatment for weight loss as it works better than anything I have tried before, and I have now lost almost 30 pounds.

  Terrible experience. Atrocious standard of care when I had bad side effects. No consistency in doctors and nobody tried to work with me in my plan. There were no alternatives and I was stuck with 3 months of my subscription and they wouldnt work with me on any alternatives and just suggested disposing of my medicine in a safe way essentially flushing my money down the drain. Dont use hers and go to your actual doctor instead.

  I have been extremely happy with both the product and the service. I am increasingly turning to online options to address chronic health concerns that my regular providers don't appear to take as seriously as I do or that we are continuing to be stonewalled by insurance. So long as hers is able to provide the medications I need I will continue to use them as both a low-cost option and a more responsive option.

  I was so exited to try the medications recommended by Hers for weight loss. Initially, there were no negative side effects until I started taking the second medication, which was metaformin. About 2 weeks into taking the metaformin, I started feeling extremely weak and shaky to the extent that I was concerned that I was going to pass out. In addition, one side of my face would become almost paralyzed and my hands would loose mobility, almost like they were stuck. When I reached out to my Hers medical team they advised me to stop talking the metaformin and said that they could possibly prescribe me a different medication with no additional cost but after answering some questions, i never received a response or follow up from my "medical team". The only option I was presented with, came directly from the app and not an actual person on my medical team. The app only offered to upsell me on a different medication while also extending my membership. I feel like my health concerns were disegarded unless i was willing to spend more money. I was so hopeful and excited that this, along with other lifestyle changes, was going to be the beginning of my journey into leading a healthier lifestyle but instead I'm left feeling more discouraged and completely scammed.

  I have tried weight loss programs for over 40 years. This is the first plan that I can actually live with for the rest of my life. The weight has steadily continued to come off. And having the Care Team help me every step of the way is reassuring. Right now I am focusing on weight loss, but would also be interested in other Hers programs.
