I'm very satisfied with my experience so far. The sign-up and prescription process was very simple and convenient and I received my medication in the mail very fast. I save money by not having to miss work to attend in-person doctor ************* I feel hopeful for my recovery and the future again.Hims & Hers Inc.

My assigned doctor **** ****** for my hair treatment completely disregarded me after I said I usually get itchiness when I start the hair treatment and referred me to my doctor. I've sent a message saying the hair itchiness isn't a major problem since it happens mainly at first and have yet to hear back.I think the doctor should do a better job at asking more questions, or maybe finding alternatives before being so dismissive over an issue. I got a dismissal message and then automated messages instead of someone wanting to work with me over this. Very disappointing after being a client almost from the company's start.Hims & Hers Inc.
