I have been using HERS for over a year. When I have a have a problem it is addressed and resolved quickly. I love the ease in which I get my medication. I love that I don't have to waste time waiting in doctors' office. I highly recommend them.Hims & Hers Inc.

For my situation, which is dermatology, everything has went well so far. You just have to communicate on time, and use your account properly. I am able to skip refills by going into my account and letting them know. I can also request a change in my prescription if it's not working for me. I have not used the regular doctor side for other concerns, so I can't comment, but so far my experience has been a pleasant one.Hims & Hers Inc.

I have used Hims for a little over a year and have no complaints about their service. From the initial evaluation to when I decided to cease my subscription, everything moved seamlessly and I was treated with respect and my prescriptions arrived when they were scheduled and the count was correct every time.Hims & Hers Inc.

Cannot believe all the negative reviews! I absolutely credit hers.com with helping me so much after post partum. They asked all the right questions for my diagnosis and treatment plan. I was provided all the helpful documents, resources, help videos, and contacts for help if needed. Yes, they charge for the medicine, but they are up front about not accepting insurance. I will gladly continue to pay for my prescriptions vs waiting on a doctors appointment 3+ months out so that I can continue to work on myself. Thank you hers!Hims & Hers Inc.

I completed their profile for my struggles with **********, including all information regarding my current meds. The "doctor" prescribed a med that I am already taking, even after referring to it by its brand name (acknowledging that I'm taking it). There's no ********* doctor that doesn't know that the generic vs brand name are one and the same. Pretty terrifying.Hims & Hers Inc.

They are a complete scam. Without doing a follow-up consultation or giving an advance warning, they automatically refilled and charged me $145 for generic antidepressants that I can get for free through my pharmacy. They refuse to stop the shipment or charge even though the package has not yet been shipped.Hims & Hers Inc.

**** **** doctors. Charge you and look the other way. I told them about my symptoms and they tried to say they couldn't prescribe me anything and to be seen by a regular doctor! Why do you have an online service that does nothing, but turn customers away?! Doesn't make any sense. Total waste of time and money. They charged me $39 dollars, just to read my message and turn me away. I will dispute this charge. Customer service said they needed to charge me for the doctor's time. What time? All you did was read my message and say you couldn't help me. That took no time at all on the doctor's part.Hims & Hers Inc.
