For Hims could perhaps be the worst app/company I have ever used. I hope ever single person does not use them and reports them to the BBB as they are not, as of 5/30/23 a good, sorry scratch that, a terrible company One of the worst companies I have ever tried to like. It is a complete lie and they will not let you out like a gym membership. I have had to cancel a credit card just to stop their over billing like in the Firm. I am not an officer of the law but believe me if there are any others out there that have experienced this turmoil first hand please speak up.

I am shocked to see so many negative reviews!! I was between insurance and psychiatrists. But I needed to refill my anxiety meds. I went through their site without any issues. I canceled when my new insurance kicked in and I had a new psychiatrist. All the hoops we have to jump through to get prescriptions seem arbitrary when we already take them or know what we need. I hate all the red tape and I appreciate that Hers is available to fulfill the need. It's a newer company. Maybe they still have some kinks to work out. I had a great experience and will use them in the future if I need to.Hims & Hers Inc.

Algorithmic pill-pushers!!!! I would leave zero stars if possible. Contacted them for occasional insomnia and got sent and charged for 3 months prescription of ****** **** **********). Please do yourself a favor and see a real in-person doctor if at all possible.Hims & Hers Inc.

A horrible company that does not care about its customers. Charge you right after they send you a copied and pasted message, do not allow you to talk to your provider about any concerns you have about the medication they "prescribe" before they charge it and send it, then refuse to refund the charge because it has already been "fulfilled" even though it reflects on your account that it has not been fulfilled yet. Fraud of a company. Now I have to waste my time disputing this charge with the credit card company. Absolute scam.Hims & Hers Inc.

If you start a prescription/subscription with this company, be prepared to be stuck with it. I removed a subscription to a med and they filled the order , charged my card, sent the meds, then cancel the order. I was so ****** off I left the chat with them. I did not screenshot it. Otherwise, id post it everywhere on every website and spread as much of this as I could. DO NOT give them any card information you cannot cancel or modify. They will continue to charge you. This is a very deceptive and almost impossible subscription to cancel. They kept telling me I needed to tell them 48 hours in advance to modify anything on my account. Who does that? The quality of the product is not an issue. The shampoo works great. Its the customer service and payment issues that you will certainly have issues with. Beware, beware, beware!Hims & Hers Inc.

Watch before you buy any HIMS product as they don't care about you as a customer. I have bought their product on amazon and from them directly and they are shady. they set you up for subscriptions that once you cancel are not really cancelled and then tell you that they have a no refund policy. If you're buying on Amazon you won't have this problem but be careful if you buy anything direct. I found their products did not work as advertised and were way overpriced on top of the terrible stance towards customers.***** practices will never buy anything againHims & Hers Inc.

Algorithmic pill-pushers. This service will automate BILLING and shipping you more product than requested and continue to bill you regardless of the status of your subscriptions. You can "suspend" or delay shipments, you can cancel credit cards AND they'll still find a way to bill you. When you catch them, you'll be required to enter a purposeful labyrinth of customer support dead ends. This service is designed to sell you more and more of what you don't need and didn't request.Hims & Hers Inc.
