I was charged for a 90 day prescription at a cost of about $150 that I neverv received. Because their records said it was delivered I cannot get a refund. It took me an hour and a half just to try and cancel my future orders. It is clear this company does not want anyone to cancel, and makes it extremely hard to do that. This is the worst on line purchasing experience I have ever had, and feel totally ripped off. I cant help but wonder how many customers have have had similar horrible experiences. This company basically stole my money.Hims & Hers Inc.

Scam and money grab!!! Charged me for a 6 month prescription without getting to have any back-and-forth with the healthcare professional. Still trying to reverse the charges but not going to get it Im sure. This makes me sad because they advertise to help people with depression among other things and Im worried how toxic it is for people who have a real need for help.Hims & Hers Inc.

I signed up to get a prescription once. It was EXTREMELY more expensive than getting this medication through my doctor and local pharmacy. I decided I would not order from them again. Then I got an email with another very high charge for this medication and it said it already shipped. I didnt want this to be shipped to me again and my card charged a ton of money for something I can get for so cheap from my doctor.Hims & Hers Inc.

While our products are not covered under insurance, they are available at 50-80% off of retail costs, making them more affordable and accessible to consumers that *** not have health insurance or are choosing not to use their insurance. Anytime a customer decides that theyd like to discontinue their subscription, cancelling is as simple as reaching out to us in any of our communication channels. Since patients choose their own shipment cadences, the providers prescribe and set up order frequency based on the selections made during the consultation process. With that being said, you also have the option to change your subscription cadence by connecting with us at least 48 hours before an upcoming order. Horrible customer service and shady business practices. I cancelled my subscription to receive a specific medication. I recently received a shipping notification for a refill I did not authorize. I immediately contacted customer service requesting they halt the shipment and refund the charge made on my card. I contacted them again two days later. Then again the next day. Still no response after 5 or so days. Please avoid this business at all costs. Troubling to see an A+ BBB rating and a 1.1 star average review from customers. How is these even possible? Apparently birds of a feather do flock together...BBB and Hims are a match made in heaven. Neither listen or respond to consumer complaints. Really unfortunate. Time for BBB to go Bye Bye Bye! From the BBB terms, "Customer Reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB Rating."...then what is the point!?!?Hims & Hers Inc.

It looks like back on 09/13 our customer experience team shared some relevant details on how to manage your account, more specifically the difference between pausing your account and actually canceling your subscription. Not surprised to see all the reviews on here are only 1 star and most of them say they wouldnt have even gave that if it was an option. You dont have 1 review praising your company for anything, you must know you failed. Really what it is, Hims & Hers, is just a very elaborate telehealth scam, a cash grab if you will.. Their practices are unethical in every sense all the way down to their lack of a delete option for your own personal account on their platform, thats just shady. Also when you try to find an address for them its a *** store in **********. I dont know any legit doctors that practice out of *** stores. My own experience with them was just a consultation that was in an ad for them on ********* I did not give my debit card number but I did have to give some personal information. They gave me some kind of mental health score that took about 2 seconds to generate based on an algorithm I assume (not an actual psych doctor) and a message that said they could not help me at this time. I think it is just a way for them to collect peoples information under the guise of mental health treatment via telehealth.. I have dealt with my mental health for many years. No real psych doctor would suggest I didnt need any treatment that is actually laughable. They did not even give me any options to seek help elsewhere or in or near my city of residence. So they did nothing but collect my info all of that aside though, they offer ** pills for men and psych drugs for women.. so they are suggesting all men just want bigger and better erections and all women are just crazy. I created an account but later couldnt even login to it. None of my emails worked when I tried to reset my password. I tried to recreate an account but cant because my phone number is already associated with another account (the account I cant even login to). Now Im being charged $123 that I never approved because I never even completed my consultation. How are they sending prescription medication and charging me money for a product I didnt even order and never approved I have tried to contact them but have heard nothing.Hims & Hers Inc.

After they charged my debit, upfront for the whole 3 month subscription, when I wanted to only wanted to be charged month to month, I demanded a refund. Never recieved the product, mind you. And instead of an immediate refund they are holding my refund in excess of 10 days. It took them less than a day to withdraw funds for the product and now I can't have my money back with the same vigor they used to collect. And now they stonewall and gaslight me when I call. I will never know the quality of their products, as I will never do business with them again.Hims & Hers Inc.

Providers can only issue prescriptions in the shipping cadence that customers confirm within the consultation process. Just so youre aware, Hims & Hers offers one-time purchases and monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and yearly options for most of our products. I would give them no stars, & tell everyone not to use forhims. I just want** to get pricing on ** m**s and possibly get a prescription. I fill** out all the information & creat** an account. Chang** my mind, decid** not to use this company. They want you to do a monthly subscription, no option for a one-time purchase. I tri** to just delete my account. They send me an email that stat** to click link to complete cancellation. Instead it was a r**irect to complete an order form to buy there product. I will NOT do business with a company who won't let me cancel my account without buying a product first. WTF, I'm not giving you my cr**it card number for something I don't want, and an account I don't want. For Hims should be asham** by the way they conduct there business.Hims & Hers Inc.
