      ** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS **Sounds like made up, but it's true: they charged and shipped prescription * 1 YEAR * after virtual consultation, with ZERO communication in the meantime. No shipment heads up, no check if I still need medication, suddenly I was charged - they simply went ahead and charged $300 one year later out of the blue.Have you had issues with them?Dispute your charge with your credit card company, and contact the Office of the ***************** ********** of ****** and ********** of ********* Services, and other consumer protection agencies (including, but not limited to, Better Business Bureau).This business goal is to make money like this, not actually to provide prescription.Help remove these people from making new victims.

      I placed an order and expected to hear from a Dr. I saw I had a message and tried to dign into my account and I cannot. I have called customer service twice, both times I was asked to try again in 25 hours. I did and it don't work I cannot reset it. So I emailed this morning advised of my situation and advised I wanted access to my account or I want to cancel my account. I received an email saying they are sorry to see me go and sent me a link to cancel my prescription. I have to sign into my account to cancel it and I cannot sign into my account as that is my issue. I emailed right back and told them that I cannot believe they send me a link to cancel my prescription when I cannot get into my account. I thought a Dr would notify me in the beginning nope..but they charged me $123 right away.

      Ive been using Hers for a few months now and there were no issues until recently. Their ************ visits are a straight up scam. Youre basically paying $39 to send a message to a provider, but they dont have to help you. After my initial request for an appointment, the ** asked me NO follow up questions, and told me to go see a provider in-person. That defeats the whole purpose and was a complete waste of money. I wasnt even recommended a medication, absolutely NOTHING. Very disappointing and TERRIBLE customer service. ******* huffed and puffed on the phone when I asked about a refund and was very dismissive. Sad how people take advantage these days.

      Less than one star. This company tried to charge my card but I locked it. They attempted a charge for $123 before they even got back to me like they said they would with a medical provider and confirmation. DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS DO NOT EVEN BOTHER.

      Absolute scam of a business - stay away! I decided to use Hers for the first time as they offered same day prescriptions for a basic need that I had listed on their homepage as offering solutions for. I filled out the form and gave them my money. The "doctor" didn't ask me any questions or follow up with me in any way other then to tell me that I can't be seen virtually and need an in-person doctor..... for a service they list as offering on their website as being available virtually. It's all a play to get your money - the customer service is rude, the "licensed medical provider" doesn't do anything at all to help or care. They need to get out of the business of health care if they only cause additional mental and physical distress.

      Terrible customer service and terrible "doctors". The medication caused horrible emotional side effects, notified the prescriber and they stated they would change the prescription. Now, one month later still have not recieved the new prescription, and when contacting customer support they stated it was my fault and that I need to make sure the doctor ********** the medicine. Shame on hims for this type of buisiness practice. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

      I think it is an elaborate scam to get your credit card info. I have not received the first order and have not been able to get to manage prescription. They make it almost impossible to cancel. Never again.

      I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a 90 day subscription for a product and was automatically renewed and charged for another 90 days, and they refused to issue a refund after talking to 3 different ********** charge came at the same time as I was paying my rent and caused me to overdraft my bank account. The product itself was fine I just no longer needed it and was unaware they'd auto prescribe me again for another 90 days without consent. DO NOT use this company, they are a scam and prey on the mentally ill.

You received a treatment and subscription plan when your consultation was completed.       The product works great, but I accidentally charged the wrong credit card and they told me they cant issue a credit and put it on my HSA credit card. They said their system cant issue credits. It seems like such a simple task for a company that serves millions. I normally wouldnt care but it was a $960 order. Guess I will be going to the doctor instead from now on.

Sometimes what may seem simple from the customer's perspective is not simple at all technically. However, the great advantage of having an HSA is utilizing the reimbursement option. Hims & Hers doesn't accept insurance, but you can always connect with your HSA carrier and ask how to be reimbursed for an eligible expense.
