    Order #****, January 7, 2024. I placed the order on a 3-5 day shipping time frame. After a month, I still did not have the order. I sent them an email and was told they were backed up. I contacted them two more times asking for a refund and never heard back. The BBB is my next step and the ******** State ************************* is next after that. By the way - their website can't be found. What do we do now????????

    I ordered a set of hearing aids from Liberty Hearing on 1/29/24 and never received the product nor any correspondence from them. When I tried to reach them, there was non response. Then I called the number listed and it was a *** s Club number it ********, **. They had no idea what I was talking about at first. Then I learned that it is a scam. **** Club is not connected with them. On this form you have a number listed for Liberty hearing *************). Turns out that is the number for another **** Club in ************** ****. Again they have no connection to Liberty Hearing Aids. I spoke with someone there who told me I am not the first person they have heard from about this. I charged the hearing aids on my **** and the money was taken out immediately. There have not been any other suspicious charges on my card. I would like to get my money back and see this company put out of business

    I placed an order on 12/21/23. I never received any shipping info so I requested cancellation on 1/7/24. I have yet received my refund. I have emailed multiple times and still no refund. Order #****

    We ordered hearing aids for my 96 year old veteran father on January 9, 2024. P.O.#****. Paid by **** $215.77 (statement available upon request). Emailed twice and received standard response from Rose. Third email unanswered. My Veteran father was defrauded! Please act Now. We request his money be returned. Please report this to their local police department. Thank you.

    I ordered hearing aids from this company in early January. I received a confirmation email of my order being placed and that was being processed.Informed that I would shipping and tracking information. Never received the email. I sent an inquiry email, was contacted by ****. I was told that there was a delay in shipping. Excepted what I was told and asked when I might receive my order. She had no comment.I have sent several emails since and have not heard from them and have not received my order or refund which I requested.

    The company, Liberty Hearing Aids, in **********, ** has an incorrect company phone # and address. The address of ********************************************************************* belongs to **** Club hearing aid center.

    Liberty Hearing Aids is not our company, but somehow our contact information was associated with it. Our company is Hearing Lab Technology, LLC, a ***** limited liability company, at ********************************************************************. We also transact business under the name Lucid Hearing and sell hearing aids under the Liberty brand.

    We believe the other company to be LibertyHearing LLC and Liberty ITC Hearing, both at *****************************************************************************************, **************, with a website of www.libertyhearing.com.Their website has already been taken down.

    We would appreciate your assistance in removing our contact information from Liberty Hearing Aids.

    On 12/30/2023, I clicked on an online (emailed I believe) advertisment from Liberty Hearing stating 15% off "today" and free shipping for the next 2 hours for a pair of hearing aids with rechargeable batteries. The original price was stated to be $177, but with the promo code HOLIDAY the cost was $150.45. Also stated was a 90 day money back guarantee. I purchased the pair, order #****, my credit card was charged, and I received an emailed receipt. Delivery was stated to take ***** days. On 1/13/2024, I emailed the address listed on my receipt, and explained I had not yet received their product. They ("Rose") promptly responded, stating they've experienced a high holiday volume, they were sorry for the delay. Still not having received them, on 1/22/2024 I emailed *********************************** not from the receipt, but the address was the same as I used previously. **** responded, stating the product was in transit, but the tracking info. was unobtainable, and thanked me for my patience. Still not having the products delivered, I emailed on 2/10/24, but did not receive a response. I emailed a fourth time, on 2/15/24, stated I still have not received the hearing aids, gave the order # again, and will take action if need be. I have not received a response to this request either. Also, I do not know the business' location, and notice there are several with similar names on your listing. May I add that had I not seen the BBB accreditation on their ad, I would have not purchased these. I am grateful for your assistance on this matter. Thank you.

    I ordered a set of hearing aids in early December 2023 for $102.75 with the assurance from the company that I had a 90 trial period to apply for a refund. The aids arrive on Dec. 20 and the ear domes didn't fit me correctly so the next day I asked for a refund. ******* asked if I would be willing to try more domes before returning them. I said ok. Waited and waited and no domes came. Contacted them in January 2024 and they said they were sorry but mail was slow. Waited more and in early Feb. I said I could not wait anymore and asked for a refund two more times. Now they can't be contacted because their website is down.

    Order Hearing aids and paid January 24 to be delivered 6-8 days. Never received and now I cant reach them because it says the website is not available. Just want to if the company exist or is it a scam. Im asking for a refund.

    I ordered a pair of hearing aids from Liberty Hearing on January 9, 2024. The total amount was $170.42. Ordwe number 2214. I received an email confirmation shortly their after. I emeiled them on January 22 asking why I hadn't received my order. I received a return emain from "Rose" indicating there had been a large demand, delay in shipping due to holiday shipping and that my order had been shipped. I emailed again on February 9th asking for the status of myorder or to cancel my order and refund my payment. I have not received a reply or my email I tried to contact them on their web page and the page is no longer active. Reading other complaints on your site I see that I am not the only one that has been scammed.
