    Purchased a set of hearing aids for ****** from Liberty on 1/12 on their website. Order #****. I received a confirmation soon after. On 1/24 I sent an email stating that I had not received my hearing aids but had been charged for them. I did pay my credit card amount of ****** already. Liberty responded back saying they were sorry for the delay but that my order was on the way. As of 2/1 I had not received it yet so I sent another email on 2/1 requesting a refund to my credit card. As of 2/5 they have not responded to my email nor have I seen a refund to my account.

    Ordered on 12/31/2023. Paid $170.42. i keep getting a message that it is on it,s way but never arrives. Get the same answer every time I contact them. They advertise fast delivery

    On January 11, **** ordered via website (after reading ******** ad and reviews) OTC hearing aids - charging $177 to my credit card. Got an immediate confirmation email and another msg 3 days later saying due to high volume orders/deliveries were running behind. After 10 days and no update followed up and got email response within 12 hrs - high volume, holidays, supply issues. Still nothing - working with credit card to hopefully get $ back.

    I helped my grandfather purchase some hearing aids from this site. We were charged 150 some dollars that was taken out of my grandfathers account. But never received any sort of confirmation email. *** tried calling them, but it goes straight to voicemail and nobody has responded to my emails. After doing some extensive research on this company I found that multiple people online have reviewed that they did not receive their product and that nobody ever contacted them.
