We signed up after **** explained all to me and thought we could recruit 4-5 new commission only sales reps per month. He is very good and he even helped write our ad posting, etc. We posted our sales job in 50+ markets and blasted out the posting to 10's of 1000's in those markets per ****'s instructions using their resume bank. We got 1 response over a two month period which is a huge difference than the 100+ responses/week we got on Indeed and on Zip. **** warned me that we wouldn't get as many responses but they'd be higher quality as they're all sales people. He emailed me that he was confident we could recruit 4-5 a month if we'd follow his recommendations and we did follow them. In addition, we emailed, texted and called resumes and hit several that told us that they'd not looked for a job in ***** years. Even texting - we saw your resume online. Are you still looking for a sales position? NO response.**** and his admin lady always had an answer that it's commission only but he knew that when he told me that we should get 4-5 new recruits a month. Over 27 years in business, this is the only thing we've ever done that didn't yield interest in our commission only sales position as our model is very simialar to AFLAC and others.I feel that this was a total rip off for $599!

*** has a valid complaint. No one applied for his Commission only jobs. But calling us a Rip Off is a bit unfair But we will let the reader decide. 90% of employment sites don't allow Commission only jobs, we are one of the last. When you post your job to us, your job gets automatically posted on ziprecruiter.com and aggregate sites like indeed.com and many others, at no extra cost. So, ***'s results with us were the combination of all those sites that resulted in no interest in his Commission only job. What *** fails to mention here is that he has a 100% Commission job that offers absolutely nothing. No Ramp up, No Travel Expense, No Medical, No Dental, No 401K, Zero, Zip Nadda, None. All expenses come out of the job seekers pocket from day one, Making this job extremely risky for job seekers. To make matters worse for *************** only job was competing in locations where the average base salary is $70,000 per year and where companies today are struggling to find candidates and competition is fierce. Many companies today are offering sign on bonuses, higher base salaries and a plethora of unique compensation packages competing in today's job market. *** unfortunately offers none of this. But **** reoccurring, residual Commission structure, in our view was fantastic and frankly the best-selling point about his Commission only job. *** came to us complaining about Indeed.com and ZipRecruiter claiming that the candidates he received from zip recruiter in his own words Are Junk. It's why he was looking for another platform. The truth of the matter is, it's not that these platforms failed him as he claimed, it's the fact that he doesn't disclose that it's a Commission only job on these platforms, so once job seekers discover its Commission only, they drop out of the application process. Thus, becoming in ***s words junk. We were brutally honest about what his expectations should be in using our platform. Unlike Indeed.com and ziprecruiter.com, you must disclose on our platform that it's a Commission only job. The numbers dont lie, ***s jobs saw thousands of views "No one applied". ***'s recruiters sent out tens of thousands of emails using our platform each week- ":No one applied". *** **** hundreds of candidates. "No one applied". We were really rooting for ***, and because of that we went above and beyond for him. Using a third-party e-mail server, we sent his Commission only job to over ******* job seekers and we picked up the cost for that, and sent *** ************ of the send, which resulted in thousands of views to his job in just 72 hours time, No one applied. *** has a unique Commission only job, with an amazing residual income opportunity. We did our best to get the word out and truly wish we could have done more but we cant force jobs seekers to apply to Commission only sales jobs, even ones with the opportunity to make a residual income. *** paid for only one month, yet we gave him two months for free after that. When finally, we began experiencing complaints from job seekers, despite ***s complaints, we had to close his account.
