  Save yourself time and money by not using this company. - My 1-2 day installation took 4 DAYS (after I had expressed to the project manager that our neighbors were concerned about the amount of time the fence installation would take and received NO RESPONSE to my email asking how long it would take to install the portion of fence along that side of the property it was only upon conversation with the installer on the day he showed up that it was communicated this side of the fence would not be completed within the 1-2 day timeframe).- The installer had to come out again the following week to add springs to the gates because it was NOT COMMUNICATED at the time of installation (by either Ergeon or the installer) that our gates were too heavy for self-closing latches.- I was originally offered only $30 and finally received half my expected discount ($~140) for using my own latches despite the fact that the difference using their online fence calculator was double what I was offered. I was told by the ** that this was not how they calculated the prices (funny - that was how the original fence was priced out for me).- Despite providing several photos of the fence DURING and IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING construction clearly showing gaps between the boards in my fence, I was told repeatedly by the ** that this was due to board shrinkage and did not mean that by fence had been built that way. I also spoke with his supervisor who assured me he understood my concerns and would look into with (with, as expected, no follow-up). Despite being allegedly focused on customer satisfaction, they are anything but. In addition to their inability to communicate in a timely manner and refusal to even believe me that I wasn't fabricating my complaints about my new fence, I expected to see a total discount on my bill from my complaints above totaling over $700 and am instead settling for $400 because I am completely at my wits end dealing with this company.

  Just had our front fences replaced it was a disaster the sales person made two major errors and took no ownership honestly asked for steel posts was repeatedly told by ******** that it was included install day that didnt happen. Do yourself a favor go with another company. Final product looks alright one gate we have to change the hinges since we have a pool it needs to be on the outside but just wanted them gone will change ourselves. Just frustrating when you spend thousands and dont get what you want.

  We had a fence installed in January 2024. After installation we realized the fence quality and stability of the fence is very unstable. The fence moves so much so that when my neighbors dogs jump on it theres big gaps under it and it caused one of my dogs to be bitten from under the fence. Due to our our neighbor initiating the installation ********************************* and ***************************** refused to give us a refund of our portion we paid for the fence. We are extremely disappointed in Ergeon they do not adhere to what they promote regarding fast response time and transparent pricing. Due to their horrible customer service and their false advertising I would not recommend this company.

  On 11/22/23, I contacted Ergeon about replacing a chain link fence with a wooden one. The customer service **** ******* **********, responded to emails regularly as we discussed options. By 12/15/23 I had submitted the survey and signed the contract. The contract included a fee for Ergeon to handle the permitting process.On 12/26, we received an email from our first project manager with a timeline; it stated that permits would take 3-5 weeks to complete. On 12/27, we received confirmation via email with assurances that the work would be completed by the end of January. On 1/12/24, I received notice that we had a new project manager, L---- *********. She included her phone number - which did, and still does not, work. She recommended that we go ahead with the build as we waited for the permit. I declined, stating that if the permit wasnt approved, we would be fined. On 2/7/24, ********* stated in an email that Our compliance team submitted the application and as per the last city update, it is still under review. Two weeks later, I requested the status at the town office, and was told nothing has been submitted for my address. I contacted ********* immediately, asking for the application number; she responded by admitting that the permit had never been submitted. I accepted a small deduction, and completed all documentation with notary public within the week. On 3/7/24, ********* emailed me to confirm the application had been submitted. but sent me the wrong permit application number. Today, I finally logged into the permit application site with the correct number and found the application had actually been submitted on 3/27/24 and had been denied because they didnt include the measurement details for the fence doors. The company lied to me about permit submission twice. It's been five full months, and 108 emails, since I began this comedy of errors. I still dont have a permit, never mind a fence.

  Fast quote, good marketing. Everything fell apart after that. Never made it past the permit process because the company didnt fill in basic information requested by the county after 3 weeks! It was escalated, but no one responded or fixed the issue. I canceled. Guess what? They didn't care about that either. Our project manager also didn't seem to know a lot. If they didnt want to do the project, I wish they would have said so. That way we could have avoided wasting time.

  They did a fantastic job and replacing a redwood fence. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up perfectly when they left. The fence was particularly difficult because some of the poles were between a retaining wall and they replaced the retaining wall boards also.
