    I was so excited to see my rental property accepted flex pay and they actually reached out to me. I followed all the instructions and received confirmation from both the property and flex received the funds. However after getting confirmation of rent payment it was later not. The office said it was a bank error. So now I have extra fees that no one seems to care about.

    ****. payment for rent. when you sign up you can do so by website or app. however when you need to cancel, you can only do it by app. I told the company this is unacceptable.
