  I had great luck with this company initially. I paid off one loan and got another. I have three payments left. My husband had a loan which I pay. Never missed a payment. Now Ive applied and keep getting denied. Not able to verify info. What is this. Not able to talk with a live representative. I would love to use them again. Very nice option. Sadly not able to get any answers.

  Was frauded. Someone used uplift to take a loan for a flight to Las Vegas. When I brought it to their attention, they took a while to respond and when they did, they had a list of things I had to do to fix it. Now my credit score is destroyed and I got sent to collections. Uplift is a scam. They enable criminals. DO NOT USE.

  Zero stars. Pathetic company. A huge scam. Received a refund from Carnival, then Uplift "tried" to return the money to the account that was used for purchase. The account was closed. Uplift claimed that the money would be refunded in a different way. So where is the money? No one from this shady company responds. DO NOT USE UPLIFT

  Zero Stars if I had that option... DO NOT use this service! They allow customers the option to "Delay a payment" but then charge off the account. None of my payments were even 30 days past due. My current payment was only delayed a week with their approval, since not over 30 days past due. They gave me zero warning or notification that they were going to put a charge off on my account, nor gave me the option to pay it off before taking that action. You also can not talk to anyone if you use your phone number on the loan to call them, they put your call directly to a virtual answering system. You have to call them from a private number to speak to someone. Even after talking to someone their response is... "that in the terms they can cancel your account at anytime", but I did not read that they can put a charge off on your account/record for delaying a payment a week that they approve. I have one previous account with them that I paid off early and had 3 active accounts that they charged off on 07/28 that were in good standing with two payments remaining. As of today, I paid them all off early to be done with them. Their customer service also told me that I could never do business with them again, but I say good riddance. I don't want to do business with a unethical company that treats their customers this way. If anyone else has had this happen to them please report this here on the BBB. I will be contacting a lawyer to discuss a possible class action lawsuit if they have done this to other "good standing" accounts.
