5 starsI signed up with the Referral Exchange several years ago as a Realtor who was looking for more real estate leads and through the years I have closed many buyers and sellers that were referred to me by this company. The staff at Referral Exchange is easy to work with and always helpful. I plan to be taking care of my Referral Exchange clients for many years to come. This is very deceptive organization! I have received dozens of referral names that resulted in zero transactions. A referral sent in Jan 2023, a buyer client who did not respond to my contact methods and were dropped from my prospect list Feb 2023.It was 6 months later they walked in to my office while I was duty, bought a property 2 months later that I became aware of a referral sent me 10 months earlier. Me and my company are being sued for breach of contract. They are bullies that No One should do business with.

2 starsThe lead that I just closed is the ONLY lead that I ever received in several months that was a viable lead. I appreciate being able to at least close one so that I didn't lose all of the money that I have paid to Referral Exchange.
