    It was a seamless transaction- good lead!!I have been highly satisfied with the leads generated this year (2023). However, I am eager to witness a higher rate of successful opportunities. The overall quality and quantity of leads have been satisfactory. Being a part of the Referral Exchange Platform has been a positive experience, and I look forward to receiving more leads as a reward for successfully assisting buyers and sellers.

    Definitely higher quality leads than many other sites. Very easy to deal with and there is always someone to help if needed. It is still a numbers game and leads can be cold and hard to get a hold of. Have 2 closed and 1 pending - nothing recently has materialized but will keep this lead source no matter what.

    Referral exchange is easy to deal with. Leads are better than typical internet leads. Wish they had not raised their referral fee percentage a few years ago. Glad I'm part of their system as I get about one sale a year from them.

    I have received some great leads from Referral Exchange and I am, for the most part, grateful for the partnership. With this particular transaction, however I cannot give them a 5 star review and it's painful to give a **** I probably should have given a 1. The owners of this property were specifically looking for ME when they did a ****** Search. I happened to be the listing agent when they purchased the property 7 years ago and its a unique property so they wanted me to *************. Unfortunately, RealEstateAgents.com was the first line that popped up when they googled my name, so unbeknownst to them, by clicking that link in order to find ME specifically, I had to pay referral exchange 30% of my commission. I have been mortified to ****** myself and find RealEstateAgents.com often popping up as one of the first sponsored links. I think it's completely unfair to take a major portion of my commission when a consumer has no idea what's happening by clicking. I am all for Referral Exchange providing me opportunities to connect with new clients who are searching for "Top Agents" or other key words, not specific to my name, but to highlight my status and reviews as a successful agent, and I'm happy to pay the 30% fee for that. But not on this one!
