  I asked for a pause in my membership due to issues with local ***. I was unable to service clients until the problems created when switching to Core Matrix and their nonsense. I got a two week pause then they started charging again. I told them that I wanted to cancel then. I followed their stupid procedures. At that time, they didn't tell me I was ineligible for cancelation. I was unaware these are 6 month commitments that roll from period to period without notice. I had already been there for 6 months when I asked to cancel. Did what they required. They charged me again. This continued for 4 more months. I have now canceled my credit card and hope the issue can be handled appropriately now. I was already questioning leads from them as we can't really tell what kind of lead it is beyond buyer and price range. I get a lead for $105,000 but can't tell what they are looking for, only where. For a 30% referral fee, they should provide more information on a lead but that doesn't even touch the poor service I have received.

  Referral Exchange referred a qualified buyer to me. In this market it was not easy to buy a house when many offers get submitted for the same property. Finally, their offer was accepted and everything worked out. It was a genuine pleasure working with the customers.
