    Great referral! Most don't pan out. However, I do think you should revisit you referral fee. 30% is a high amount to pay.

    I've worked with ReferralExchange/************ for about 16 years. It has always been a good business relationship and I appreciate the opportunity to grow my database of past clients. Not all the referrals are for high prices but every person I can talk to brings new opportunities, either with the lead or someone they know. Well worth it.

    Thank you for the referral. I believe the referral fee structure should be updated based on today's market. Most of the leads they send say WAY MORE than the client is looking at and by then you are committed to a higher referral fee.

    It's great working with the Referral Exchange. The seller I worked with took a year to decide to sell, but she did list with me and I got her the right buyer, who offered her $10k over her asking price so she was happy. I always enjoy working with referral exchange clients!
