I would not recommend. My husband booked for the 2nd to the 3rd and somehow the reservation changed to the 3rd and 4th. He noticed the date change on the confirmation page. He called the hotel and they told him they couldn't ammend the dates that he would need to call snaptravel. The snaptravel agent ****** was not helpful at all and refused to let him speak to a higher up. Just becareful when booking and read all fine print.

If the dates that you have selected are not available, the system lets you know and shows the next available dates. I booked with SnapTravel my accommodation for June 3, 2022 on May 20, 2022 at 11:12pm and cancelled same day, May 20 at 11:34pm. SnapTravel has not reimburse my original payment method. SnapTravel asked me for reasons for booking issue...simple "i cancelled the reservation". I don't owe SnapTravel an explanation why i cancelled. The automated message shows i should expect a refund within 3-5days. SnapTravel cannot be trusted.Super.com
