    I have no idea how to even explain. I placed an order with glambot lastnight 6/7/2025 in the evening. I thought it was weird I never received a confirmation or receipt email from them after my order was placed. Luckily I did it through my Klarna app and not my actual bank account. I tried multiple times to have the website send me a login email link so I could find my account and its impossible. They never send a email at all. Then I got on ****** to look for reviews and everyone else has the same problem. They never send emails or are able to contact them. I just want my money back since Klarna cant cancel the transaction.

    This company takes cosmetics and sterilizes them and resells it. You send them product and they choose what they will resell. I sent them a box of makeup November 2024 and have not heard anything back. I have emailed them multiple times to give me an update for a sell offer and no response.

    I have in the past, sold to Glambot on average about 1-2x per year since 2016/2017 and have never had an issue with the company or selling my items with them. However, this last August I sent off a box to them for selling as per usual. I filed the intent to sell on the website and I received an email from them with a shipping label and tracking number to attach to the box on August 19th. I sent the box off and it was marked as delivered by **** on August 26th. 14 business days after delivery I had not heard from the company regarding the box that was sent and delivered to them, so, I reached out via email to inquire about the box. I received an automated email with a ticket number and a promise to get in touch within 3-5 business days. 7 business days later, I still had not heard anything from them, so I emailed again. I was given the same automated response. So, I waited again. 10 business days later, I still had not heard from them, so, I emailed again. I was given the same automated response from them. On and on it went, with the same process continuing. And I still have not heard from anyone on the team regarding this issue. I even replied at one point to the automated "ticket number" email to see if that would work. No, it did not. I have not been able to find another means of contacting customer service - the phone number on ******************** home page for this company immediately fails once dialed. I have tried calling that number about ***** has now been 4.5 months since my box was marked delivered to this company and I have not heard once from them, even after attempting to contact them *numerous* times. I tried again to email them today, except now I'm not even being issued an automated ticket number or a "promise" to get in touch within 3-5 ******* this point I am beginning to regard this company as theft as they seem to continue to "accept" sell boxes with no contact to the seller - all whilst continuing to sell goods via their website to consumers.

    On December 30, I made an order on the Glambot website ****************************** with the order number GLAM #2E62F3942C52 using my email address, ********************** The total amount I paid was $22.05, which included $10 in website credits and the rest paid through my bank account.I brought a *** ******* ********************* a brush from one size and I don't remember what else. Order link: ***************************************************************** and checkout link: ***************************************************************************** The business committed to providing the items I ordered, but the order completely disappeared from my accounts order history on their website. I reached out to Glambots customer service multiple times to resolve the issue, but I have not received any help. They provided me with a tracking link that seems to belong to another persons email address, which makes me believe they gave me a fake tracking number. Here is the link they provided: ******************************************************************************************************* my efforts, Glambot has not explained what happened to my order, nor have they refunded the money I paid for items that were never delivered. I have attached proof of my payment, which includes a voucher from their website showing the use of credits, as well as a receipt from my bank.I consider this fraudulent behavior, and I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.

    Glambot operates a service wherein the purchase gently used cosmetics for resale. When a consumer sends them a package, Glambot makes a purchase offer, which the consumer can accept or reject. If you reject Glambot's purchase offer, you can pay $40 to have your items returned to you. I sent a package to Glambot in September 2024. They received it Oct. 15, and made me a purchase offer on Oct. 17, which I rejected. On Oct. 19, I paid $40 for the return of my items. I never received tracking information or the package. I emailed Glambot on 12/3/24, 12/8/24, 12/16/24, 12/17/24 and 12/31/24. I received only one response on 12/16 asking me for an order # which the seller's system had not given me. I have heard nothing further from the seller despite repeated attempts to contact. I have not received my package or any evidence of tracking information that it was ever mailed to me at all.

    I sent Glambot a massive box of makeup to sell to them, They received the box and emailed me the offer for the box, but their system makes it impossible for the customer to accept the offer. It won't let you view the offer if you aren't logged in, but the website also refuses to allow me to log in. I have emailed them 20 different times since 11/18 and they have refused to answer any of them.

    I sent out 18 items from ****** brands ranging from Too Faced, The Balm, Tarte, Urban Decay, and Colourpop. All of what I sent were gently used to only swatched palettes. I sold to them before and they were great about it. I previously sent them 15 items of Tarte, TF and Colourpop items and received about $44 which I thought was pretty reasonable. So I decided to sell to them again but with more items and also sample packets which is supposed to help rack up the offer price. They had the audacity to pay me $28 for everything that I sent and a bigger audacity to charge me $40 to receive all my items back. I dont know how other people can send in more items than me but only pay $14 to get their stuff back and then I have to pay $40. Who is in charge of setting up the return label price? Because that doesnt seem right at all. And on top of that; I havent even heard from them or received a tracking code. I also bought two items from them within that time I sent them my package to sell. And I have yet to even receive those two items that I paid for as well. Those two items were charged to my bank account right away and I have yet to receive a refund for them or even an answer from them as to when they will ship it. That order cost me $35.50 and I had to pay $40 to receive my items back. I have yet to receive either of those. It has been over 14 days and still no word from them. What is going on? Have I been scammed by Glambot? Will I get my packages sent to me? And will I receive a refund for that ridiculous return label price that I had to pay? Because I should, I have never heard of paying $40 for a return label. I will avoid this company in the future. Their customer service lacks.

    I had sent Glambot a large box of items on July 14th, 2024 for sale on the Glambot website and shipped using the prepaid label that Glambot had sent me. According to their terms, Glambot is supposed to send me an offer for my items within 5 business days. It has now been over two weeks and I have not received a single communication from Glambot. They have clearly stolen my items for sale on their website with no intention of compensating me as per their terms of agreement.

    I mailed a package to Glambot on 04/29/24 with the items to sell to them. Their website claims they send an offer within 5 business days of receiving the package. I have sent items to them 2 or 3 times prior, so I didn't feel like this was a scam. Per the **** tracking, they received the package 05/02/24. After not hearing from them for a couple weeks, I contacted them via their website "Contact Us" page. I didn't hear anything, so I contacted them again. I got an auto-generated email saying I had to create a login in order to submit a request. I was given the Request ID #******. That was sent on 06/05/24, and I have yet to receive a response.At this point, I feel like they have stolen my items, and I either want them back or compensation for them.

    I sent a package full of make up to sell to glambot at the beginning of August and **** tracking code states that the package was delivered to the address on 8/5/2023. I never received any indication that it has been received by the business or any offers. I have emailed the business multiple times asking about the status of my package with no replies.
