1 starI made one purchase from ******. Since then I have received marketing/sales pitch notifications a couple of times a day. I have just made my fourth request asking them to stop. They say I wont get anymore but they keep sending me notifications daily. Because of these constant unwanted notifications I will never shop there again. 1 star****. I bought curtains from them, 1k worth and they were cheaply made, nowhere near what it looked like on the website. I returned the items promptly, they were delivered back to ****** and they kept giving me the run around on my refund. They tried to keep the curtains and my money. This online store is a complete scam. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent received a refund, even though theyve received my return!Review fromMichele D

1 starI recently purchased a quilt and blanket which took over two weeks to ship from *****. They arrived in a box smelling of a dead animal that rubbed off onto the quilt. For the price point this is unacceptable Quality and I would have expected this terrible item quality to have come from ***** or Temu however the price was expensive and no possible reason for the Bos to smell so bad I had to remove it from my home. It smells so bad it is sitting outside of my house by my garbage bins. I am disgusted with this continued decline in qualityReview fromDudley H

1 star******. Received items that were damaged in transit ******** Going through all kinds of hoops, what feels like interrogations by customer care team, in order to get a refund. 1 starOrdered fabric samples with the intention of buying a sofa. When a week had passed I reached out to customer service and was told Id get my samples in a few days. After 10days I got an email threatening that the sofa was about to sell out. So I reached out about sample again. *** said they would replace the samples cause they had not shipped. No explaination - just this is unusual. They said they cant expedite the sample delivery. No thanks.Review frombrittnee H

2 starsMy first experience with this company was horrible. Which, is super unfortunate because I was extremely excited to get my bamboo sheet *********** cover. To start, my order said it was going to be received by the 14th of April, the 14th of April came & it wasnt even shipped once I got in touch with someone it was shipped. I open my ********** pillow cases were missing from my sheet set. I clear it up with ************** say they are going to send me them. THEN I wash all the bedding & Im putting it on the bedI could not get the duvet cover to fit my bed THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE. Then I reach out another customer service ********** request not only a picture of the literal tag that says FULL/QUEEN on it with the company logo. They want me to sent measurements of the freakin duvet cover. I send them then they want a whole picture of the duvet with the tape measure fully showing the whole cover. Finally, she says that they approved my ************** are going to send me a return label for all the ************ will refund me? I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY KING SIZE DUVET?! I mean this is absolutely INSANE. I spend $300+ on bedding & this is what I get? I gave 2 stars because at the end of the day this bedding felt absolutely amazing.which is why I dont want a refund & just want what I ordered. Normally with this kind of service Id go elsewhere but I cant deny the fact that the bedding was incredibly soft & comfy feeling lol.Review fromDavid D

************ coffee maker looks nice but comes with absolutely not a word about usage, size, care, return policy, or anything else, Ive never seen such a lack of information on any product. When they are asked about it, they send a link to a ******* video from a different manufacturer. Which of course tells you nothing about this product or how many cups to coffee scoops etc nor best way to wash it. Very disappointing!Quince.com

The return process is lengthy. Waiting for 15 business days after the return is received to refund the customer is unreasonable. I am currently waiting for refunds for two returns in the amount of $402.80. If you are unsure of the items on the website, please do not purchase to avoid the hassle of their return policy. Holding on to someone funds after the item is in your possession is defined as theft and fraud.Quince.com

I LOVE QUINCE and every item I have ever ordered from them has exceeded my expectations. The prices cant be beat and the quality is amazing . I am so surprised to read the complaints on here because I have ordered and returned quite a few times and it couldnt have been easier. Always a smooth process and quick shipments. I just received 3 pair of the $50 jeans in different colors and by far they are the BEST fitting jeans Ive ever owned! I will never buy $175 jeans ever again. I also love the fact that they offer cotton sweaters and tops. I have recommended Quince to all my friends and family. Super happy with this company.Quince.com
