    Poorest quality clothes I have ever seen. Mind blowing how poor the fit and fabric was - so cheap! When I returned they only refunded 10% of the total, contacted again they refunded 80% had to contact a third time to get refunded entirely because of a glitch. **************** was atrocious. ***** this site its borderline scam!

    I received multiple offers of $30 off on the first order from Quince. The promotion said it will be taken off in the shopping cart. I ordered three shirts and the discount was never applied. Now, they sent another $20 offer to order now before it expires. Quince cannot be trusted. They need to take off the discount and show it, so a buyer knows they are getting what they were promised. I tried to reply to the email offer and it does not allow that. In the customer service section of the email, they do not have an option for problems with discounts. Disappointing.

    high price. low quality. no replacement product. my sheets have huge holes in them. they spend all their money on marketing i guess since i keep getting ads to buy their awful products.

    Returned an item that was signed by someone named Buffy with **** last update that it made it to the front office/mailroom of the warehouse. This item needed to be returned to me because it was sent by MISTAKE, which I have reached out about 7 different times. **************** gives the run around every time I've explained the item, the tracking. Who signed for it, pictures of the item EVERYTHING. When it went no where I asked what's your policy when someone returns a non quince item? The *** said "I don't know" fast forward to today- I get an email saying this return was likely donated! That they DONATE items sent to them by mistake within two weeks. I'm sorry. WHAT?! Thats your policy? You GIVE AWAY someone's goods? I've called Quince BEFORE THE **** WAS EVEN DELIVERED! As a heads up! These are DIAMOND EARRINGS! The audacity to even make up that they were donated to a goodwill. WOW. The lying this company does it's a scam. Their warehouse STOLE my item instead of Opening and realizing this item wasn't for QUINCE! Instead of providing some sort of resolution with me I got "sorry about that" DONATING ****S WITHOUT CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE IS THEFT!!!!!!

    I made one purchase from ******. Since then I have received marketing/sales pitch notifications a couple of times a day. I have just made my fourth request asking them to stop. They say I wont get anymore but they keep sending me notifications daily. Because of these constant unwanted notifications I will never shop there again. Do not give them your email address.

    ****. I bought curtains from them, 1k worth and they were cheaply made, nowhere near what it looked like on the website. I returned the items promptly, they were delivered back to ****** and they kept giving me the run around on my refund. They tried to keep the curtains and my money. This online store is a complete scam. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent received a refund, even though theyve received my return!

    I recently purchased a quilt and blanket which took over two weeks to ship from *****. They arrived in a box smelling of a dead animal that rubbed off onto the quilt. For the price point this is unacceptable Quality and I would have expected this terrible item quality to have come from ***** or Temu however the price was expensive and no possible reason for the Bos to smell so bad I had to remove it from my home. It smells so bad it is sitting outside of my house by my garbage bins. I am disgusted with this continued decline in quality

    Similar horrible delivery experience to others here. Was told item had been delivered to my front door and was sent a picture of a package in a mail room. Nothing was there. Notified Quince that I had not received the package and the picture was a fake. Got an email that they would be in touch within 24 hours. No follow up - never heard back. Ultimately received my package in my mail box. Never heard back from customer service. ****** has no idea how it sends its packages and whether they get there.

    ******. Received items that were damaged in transit ******** Going through all kinds of hoops, what feels like interrogations by customer care team, in order to get a refund. Really horrible customer experience. I wont be shopping at ****** again and will be sure to share my experience with friends and family.
