      This is a classic bait and switch company. Offers are based solely on the soft credit check. In order to get the application for a real credit check you have to agree to one of the offers. 0% interest rates are solely for large jobs (which a 12K job is consider middle) for a term of 3 months only and you must have perfect credit. The employees do not know how it works either and **** one said something different. My service provider was told that it was easy to use and everyone can qualify. The example they showed them with a 0% rate was a $1200 job. Beware of this scam, you are better off applying for a bank loan.

      Absolutely horrible setup and ZERO service. Provided them screenshots of their broken links stating "This connection in blocked from your Country (***). All they had to do was give me the account number. Stonewalled me constantly.

After canceling my approved loan, I received an email incorrectly stating that my loan application had been denied.This inaccurate communication was both confusing and frustrating. As a customer, I expect clear and precise information, especially regarding sensitive financial matters.       Wisetack appears to use the, "RULE OF 78's", which to my knowledge requires all interest to be paid on their loans before applying payments to the principal. THIS IS A REAL RIP OFF TACTIC THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN IN OVER 20 YEARS! THEY APPLY EARLY PAYMENTS TO INTEREST, RATHER THAN THE PRINICPAL LOAN AMOUNT. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!

      I was billed twice in the same month. Apparently this happens a lot with this company. I tried to get a payment reversal, calling three times. Every time the customer service representative said it was going to be refunded to my bank account that day. Im still waiting!?

      Twice they have charged me while I have had more than enough money to cover the payment. Twice they have sent me emails saying my payments have failed to process. Called, was told that I was good. Now I have a statement that shows they charged me twice, and are going to charge me double next month to cover the "failed payments." These people either are so inept, they cannot process payments, or they are stealing. Calling again today provided no help. I sent them screenshots to show what i was seeing on my end, and they continued to tell me I was wrong. Run away from wisetack

      Unfortunately, Wisetack did not make the cut for what I consider reputable loan company to do business with . Originally requested 0% - 3 months -$2900 , ignored my request slapped 8.9 % . Tried to lock in 8.9% to pay off in 1 month on 3 month contract , they shot it up to 26.9% . Outrageous! The cust svc were nice yet have no access to discuss rates , they blamed ****** Resurfacing for APR rate . I had just secured 0% with synchrony bank. Overall , they are less than honest with their rates . I then canceled my request. Paid cash for my floors and was relieved to never do business with Wisetack ever. May I say never pay an APR over O % to a loan company who uses such sneaky rate application .
