I was informed that I was approved for 0%APR for 36 months. I didnt believe so I call them and they confirmed it. I got my loan and started to make payments and realized that our over $700 payment was not adding up with the amount that was left on the account. I called and got transferred to someone who could not help me cause he was not customer service and told me I had to call back cause he couldnt transfer phone calls. I called back and informed the person of everything and she stated that there is no proof that I was approved for 0% APR, I was approved for *****% AND I was being charged over $3,100 for interest on a $6,000 loan! Thats over half the price!! What we went through was ridiculous and they are sneaky, horrible people! They take pride in misinforming their clients and this has to stop! There is no telling how many people that this company has ripped off! DO NOT SIGN A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY!

Thank you for reaching out to Wisetack to give us an opportunity to review your concern. Wisetack makes every effort to be transparent and clearly communicate throughout the loan process, and we have reviewed your account with us to ensure this. In order to accept a loan through Wisetack, you were provided with and electronically accepted a Truth in Lending Disclosure on 12/20/2022, which states your locked-in rate of *****% APR. Additionally, on 12/20/2022, you received an email titled Almost done! Please confirm your loan when the service is complete, which stated your loan details including the APR of *****%. Again on 12/21/2022, you received an email titled Hooray! Order complete, which reiterated the loan details including the selected APR of *****%. On 4/20/2023, we received two phone calls into our recorded Customer Support line from you, we have no record of prior calls placed in advance of confirming the loan. For quality and assurance the two phone calls have been reviewed by our team. The first call was transferred to our payments team who explained total interest for the loan as well as the APR being *****% APR. On the second call, our agent reiterated only being able to see a *****% APR option on your account and advised you to log into your account to alert us if there are any discrepancies seen in your portal. Therefore please note, Wisetack has not communicated or otherwise shown a 0% APR option in any of our correspondence with you. We appreciate your business and for allowing us to look into this issue for you. Best regards,Wisetack Customer Support

Thank you for reaching out to Wisetack to give us an opportunity to review your concerns. According to our records, you submitted a loan application through Wisetacks platform on 8/5/22 and were issued a loan by ********** on 8/8/22. The first screen of Wisetacks loan application that requires a consumer to provide personal information contains the language: Wisetack loans are issued by **********. To continue past this first screen of our application, you electronically agreed to Wisetacks Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which disclose our relationship with our lending partner, **********. Further, in order to accept a loan, you electronically agreed to a Loan Agreement with **********, and were also provided with a Truth in Lending Disclosure and a Credit Score Disclosure that each referenced ********** as required. If you review these documents, as well as the footer to the home page of our website at ***************************************, you will see that we make every effort to clearly communicate that loans obtained through Wisetacks are made by its bank partner, **********. Therefore, while you are a customer of **********************, you are also a customer of **********, as it is the lender that issued your loan.Under our Privacy Policy (*******************************************), Wisetack is permitted to share customer data with certain parties, including our bank partners, to the extent required to offer our services to you. This letter was sent to all potentially impacted ********** customers in compliance with applicable laws, and includes free credit monitoring services and a toll free number ***************) for additional assistance. We strongly encourage you to contact ********** at this number if you have any further concerns or questions about this incident.Best regards,Wisetack Customer Support

This company facilitated a loan through a company that lied and provided me incorrect information. I spoke to multiple agents who all provided me with incorrect information over weeks. All of the waiting and they did an investigation into my dispute over one day and determined that even though I was provided incorrect information as a consumer I still have to pay. This company facilitated me wasting thousands on the divorce process. First time taking a loan to hire lawyer and I would never do it again. It is a rip off because they limit ways you can dispute when something goes wrong. I would not recommend.

Wisetack is a financial service company offering loans to consumers looking for legal services. We partner with Marble Law to provide affordable financing options. On 9/16/2022, the customer, S.W., confirmed their loan with our partner Marble Law for services rendered in their contract, also signed on 9/16/22. On 11/02/2022, S.W. expressed to Wisetack that they would like a refund and were unable to get a response back from Marble law in order to do so. S.W. provided us with email documentation of their conversation on 10/24/2022 with their attorney, where S.W. expressed concern about services rendered, their attorney explained that their contract outlined only the service of divorce paperwork being served and not court services. Wisetack received a dispute request on 12/03/22 from S.W., which our disputes team responded to asking for necessary documentation by 12/15/2023. We followed up with the request on 12/13/2022, asking for the same documentation. On 12/14/2022, we received a response from S.W. with documentation of their previously mentioned discussion with their attorney, where it had been explained to them what services were outlined in their contract. On 12/13/2022 Wisetacks ****************** received proof of services rendered from our partner, Marble Law, for S.W. as well as the signed contract confirming the attorney's statements in the email thread that S.W. had shared with Wisetack.Based on our investigation process, we established the following facts:Per the contract with Marble law firm, the service to be rendered was to have the other party served papers. The party was served the papers; thus, the service was complete. Therefore Wisetack has ruled the dispute in favor of the merchant.
