They price ***** on holidays, and they apply it to every definition of federal holidays, regardless of the actual holiday observance preferences of the sitters themselves, which is the logical use for holiday upcharges. When I used it for a holiday, I also didn't get a picture as requested the morning of the holiday, like I did every other visit, so I doubt they even showed up.Ultimately if you don't care about price at all it's probably fine, just use cameras to make sure they do what they say (which I do now). If price is an issue beware, as they leverage holidays and variable upcharge rates between different clients to ***** their customers.

Had to cancel due to my airline cancelation of flights because of weather. I canceled within the 48 hour period and was not given a credit or refund. Will not ever use this service again. I'm out ****** for circumstances I cannot control.Meowtel

Responsible service. Unlike others if someone unavailable they do not simply ignore you, they get back to you! You can schedule well in advance and ********* was fabulous with my cat. Kept me updated everytime she was at my place. Will use them and ********* again!Meowtel

I am glad I found Meowtel. I was lucky to find a very reliable sitter in the area for my kitty, especially when it is hard to find boarding that focuses on cats only.Reserving and payment online was easy. My sitter was wonderful! She kept me updated everyday while we were out of town. I would highly recommend this service.Meowtel

What a great experience. I love this company. They are very selective with their sitters and have an app that is user friendly. I prefer them to River. My sitter was well qualified and very responsive. I chose Meowtel over other popular pet sitting services because they specialize in cats and I was going to be out of the country. **** went the extra mile to communicate with me despite the time difference. We've had ******* watch our ******** Boys twice now and she's awesome. ******* is extremely thorough but still manages to go above and beyond. I feel very confident using Meowtel because of all the built-in assurances. The fur baby watchers are vetted and insured and the added reassurance of them being able to take your babies to the vet is welcomed. The app is top notch, gotta love technology being used so efficiently and effectively...for those non-tech, it's super easy! We'll definitely continue to use Meowtel and meow the praises of it to all those with fur babies needing a caring and competent person to watch over them in your stead.Meowtel
