5 starsIncredibly easy to use service and app. We found a wonderful pet sitter in our area and our *************************************************************** her own home. I received daily messages and videos through the app. Scheduling and paying (and tipping) can all be done through the app as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for cat sitting services.

5 starsI've been using Meowtel Bellhop for about a year now. Through them I found the most wonderful sitter. I've never come home from a trip and received a "leave again; we love Ms. ********** from anyone else. Previously, we would come home to upset animals that took days to calm and reassure. With Meowtel and *********, none of that happens. We come home to happy pets who are content and calm, glad to see us, of course, but they love their sitter.Peace of mind is something that CAN be bought with Meowtel. For the first time in ************************************************************************ our house, for that mater, because Meowtel and ********* give us that peace of mind.A good buy for a great service.Meowtel

5 starsI used ****** from Meowtel in *****, *****, to take care of our 19-year-old cat (Tabby) from 9/22 to 9/26. She was absolutely fabulous . . . sent pics and videos every day along with a text. This gave us peace about leaving her . . . I was a bit worried because of her age. I will definitely use Meowtel again in the future, and also ****** if she is available. This young woman even took the litter box bags with her so they wouldn't pile up in our garage. Now that is above and beyond for sure! I had never used an app for a sitter before. I did have to call and get some advice about signing up but after that it was easy-peezy. 5 starsI have used the cat sitting service a couple of times now. It has been a good experience, with the Sitter coming as agreed to, and take good care of my two kitties. I even had a late return on my last sitting service, and I contacted my sitter and she was able to make another visit which was really awesome. I didnt worry at all about leaving my cats alone. Its a great feeling not worrying about my pets when I am away for several days.Meowtel

5 starsWe are new to the area and do not have family and friends that we could ask to check on our kitten. It was good to find Meowtel, the sitter, was very professional and friendly. She explained the procedure and when she visited our kitten she sent pics and told me about the visit. My kitten had just been spayed a couple of days earlier and I just wanted someone to check on her while we were away for the whole day to make sure she was ok. I have already recommended the service to others and I will definately use it again.Meowtel

2 starsI found a great cat-sitter through this app, but that's where the positives end. The app itself is terrible. It's hard to navigate, unclear, user-unfriendly, and it's a hassle to modify a booking (you have to cancel and rebook, which is a nuisance). Moreover, the pricing is very inflated (I'd love to know how much of a cut Meowtel is taking from the sitters, but it feels potentially exploitative) and you have to pay in advance! I've been using cat-sitters for years and have never had to pay until after services were rendered. Also, the lowest-priced time slot for a visit is 20 minutes -- a ridiculously short amount of time for the $35 price tag. If I was just basing this review on the sitter I've been using, I would've given it 5 stars -- the sitter is really terrific. But I hate using the app, and 2 stars is all it deserves.Meowtel

Our sitters do have a lot of control as far as their rates go, including setting a holiday surcharge and the option to create custom coupon codes for clients. Your sitters rates seem to be the average for your area. While Meowtel does collect commission from each reservation, the percentage is based on the sitters total reservation earnings with each client. Sitters who consistently provide excellent service for their repeat clients benefit the most from our commission structure. You're welcome to review the commission structure on our website.While cat parents are required to pay in advance, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are happy to issue a full refund for cat parents who are not fully satisfied with their sitter after the ************* We also understand that plans change, and we offer a full refund for cancellations requested 48 hours or more before the start of the reservation.Thank you again for sharing this review. 5 starsWhen my long-time sitter moved out of state, I was panicked on finding someone. When I found Meowtel, I was so happy! I love the fact the sitters go through a 5-step vetting process and that they are fully insured. I also liked that Meowtel specialized on cats. Many places offer dog services, but nothing for cats. My sitter was very diligent and took great care of my fur baby. I have already engaged her for another week in the coming months.Meowtel

5 starsI love Meowtel! Ive now used 3 different cat sisters and all of them have been great. Its so easy to organize and reserve a sitter. They call beforehand to make sure they know what your cat needs. Ive had amazing experiences with everyone. Using the Meowtel service is also super simple and easy. I feel so much more comfortable having my cat at home and checked in on than being boarded at a vet.Meowtel

She was professional, asked all the right questions, and did a great job keeping me informed daily of her interactions with my cat, ***** and sending me pictures.
