5 starsThis is the second time I have used ACE plumbing. Both times they fixed the problem quickly. They also arrive on time or call you and ask to come earlier. The employees are polite and respectful of your property. Ill definitely use them again.Review fromThomas A

5 starsHad a great experience with ****** and ******* from Ace Plumbing fixing a clogged drain in my bathroom. It got a little more complicated than I had initially anticipated. But they were extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and taking care of the issue. Couldnt be happier with the timely, professional and efficient service this company provided.Review fromKay K

5 starsGreat job by ****** and **** in replacing the faucet and washer hose bibs and flex lines. They were courteous and efficient and also, put shoe covers over their shoes when they entered the apt. which is a plus. I always ask for ****** when I have a plumbing issue.Review fromShane T

1 starI am extremely disappointed with ACE Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. They came on May 3rd to fix my drain, but just a few weeks later, I noticed my drain was still overflowing. On June 27th, I re-contacted them, expecting them to stand by their work. Instead, they told me it was outside of the warranty and charged me again to fix the same issue. It turns out there was still something else blocking the drain, so they didn't really fix it the first time. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Beware of their warranty policy and double-check their work to avoid the frustration and extra costs I experienced.Review fromMarlon R

5 starsamazing experience with Ace Plumbing. On the weekend with a broken old water heater, great response by ****, super diagnostics, gave us understandable options, never any pressure, really nice. Well the plumber fixed the the faucet but said nothing about the tile. He said he had a tile man but never got back to us. We had to fix the tile ourselves, where we could have fixed the tile before he replaced the faucet. We had to have the faucet removed in order to do the tile. Very disappointed and unsatisfied that we had to basically redo his work

We have a list of contractors who we have used in the past and we would happy to give you a referral as a courtesy if you give us a call. 5 starsExcellent work. Our kitchen sink drain had sprung a leak. The previous plumber who had installed a new disposer maybe 3 years ago had left us with an accordion plastic fitting instead of a proper **trap, and this fitting deteriorated and broke on a Saturday. *** sent a very good plumber within 3 hours, who re-did the connections between the two sinks, the disposer and the **trap all in appropriate metal (I think it's brass and chrome, but I'm not sure) fittings. The plumber was very polite and personable, and put plastic booties over his shoes while he was in the house. He had to leave temporarily to get parts, and was back within 40 minutes. In summary, this plumber took a difficult situation and turned it into an excellent solution in a very reasonable amount of time. We were very grateful.
