  ACE Plumbing is amazing and ****, the recent tech that serviced our Moms home , was equally as capable and efficient. The customer is texted a picture of the ******************** tech assigned to your project , and then the invoice is emailed and once paid, is reflected online. My son met **** at the location and said that he carefully explained everything that needed to be done and did it very quickly. Our family has had ACE Plumbing perform two large sewer replacement projects, one at my home and one at our Moms, along with two smaller jobs and each tech has done a fantastic job . The techs are very neat and have responded quickly to our calls. I highly recommend ACE Plumbing and Rooter for any plumbing needs, large or small . They always take care of their customers and provide excellent service !

  When I found out the clay **** from my driveway out to the curb was at the end of it's useful life, I got 2 proposals for replacing it. and and also replacing the drain in my lite well. Based on the a friend's recommendation and the professional manner in which the company responded, I went with Ace Plumbing. And it turned out to be a good choice. As overseeen by ****, the workers were seasoned, very respectful, friendly, cleaned up the areas well, were very effcient and conscious of safety. Some adjustments had to be made, after seeing what was underground, which led to an increase from the original proposal, but it was all explained and I ended up with a job well done. And the proof was how well the drains worked during all the rain storms we've had the past few weeks.

  ACE Plumbing and Rooter replaced old clay ****** pipes all the way from street p trap to driveway boundary with my house. It involved both trenchless and dug-open approach. The work was done in mid February 2023. **** and his crew were skillful, professional, and efficient. They used good quality parts and equipments. Each day they kept the job site neat and clean before they left. The completed project passed city inspection easily. Good quality work!

  *** was terrific to work with. I found them very helpful, responsive and professional. They made trustworthy suggestions and helped me understand a very complicated plumbing situation. I highly recommend ACE!

  *************'s Ace Plumbing and Rooter sent its plumber to check one of my toilets on 7/11/22. On 7/21, I paid ACE $700, after its plumber's hydrojet failed to remove my blockage, and camera failed to visualize inside my pipes. The plumber said there was likely a problem with my pipe connecting to the City sewer, for which he could fix by 1 of 3 options.I paid ACE a $1,000 deposit on 7/27. On 7/28, the $7,000 curbside, "house trap replacement" failed. On 7/29, the $10,200 "trenchless method" failed. Instead of trying the $14,200 "trench method," the plumber said he needed to rethink what would work and give me a new estimate.After I fired ACE's plumber on 7/31, he sent me a $2,500 bill for completed work on 8/2. On 8/3, his boss, *************************************, kept cutting me off while I was complaining, by saying there was never a problem with his plumber and making excuses for his plumber. His boss called me "really mean and nasty," before hanging up. The boss called me on 8/5, and said "You have a legitimate complaint. We did not do what's right to earn your business." The boss never responded to my multiple requests for a refund of my $1000 deposit and $700 payment.Based on my HORRIBLE and UNSATISFACTORY experience with ACE Plumbing and Rooter, *** in *************, I want to advice potential customers to think really hard before deciding about hiring ACE. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I got to fix my problem for less money, in much less time, with a much nicer attitude, ONLY after firing Ace Plumbing and Rooter, and hiring a different ************* plumber. I rate it with no stars!!!!
