  We had our old Edwardian house's sewer lateral line to the ** City main collapse with sewage pooling in ********** with each flush. We had an inspection appointment within 2 hours, contract cost was as expected, contract was signed that afternoon, and the crew showed up the next day to begin work. Unexpected/uniquely uncommon extra work was required and the change order was reasonable. Extra team personnel were added to the work to finish within the 3-day original estimate. All work was performed in the highest quality, including the sidewalk removal and replacement. Special attention was paid to the pedestrian traffic around our disruption. Only a few times in my life have I seen a construction team work so well as a unit helping each other to expedite quality and time. Field Construction Manager ***************************** had an outstanding team, and they have our highest regards for their sensitive coordination with ** during this critical repair.   I had a small job to replace two toilet fill valves and flappers in my rental units. I was completely satisfied. Communication with the office and the technician was effective and efficient. *** showed up on time and respected my tenants. The job was done well and the price was fair. I will call them again.

  We were having extreme problems with both toilets rendering them almost unusable. **** from ACE *********************************************** came within two hours of our call, expertly analyzed the situation and provided possible solutions. Within three hours he got us two superb new toilets, and then replaced and hauled away the old ones. He is an impressive professional with a very friendly demeanor which inspired a great deal of confidence in his analysis and recommendations.
