      I created an order on the wrong card and immediately canceled it - more than 60 days later I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for the over 1k they have kept. Nothing was created or shipped and they have still not returned my money. Shipping is terrible for the orders I did receive: paper thin boxes that have fallen apart before arriving, and allowed for items to be damaged.The staff available to assist aren't helpful or timely either.Find a local company and use them - this is horrible.

      Printify is terrible and so frustrating to use. I have placed four orders in the last few days and none of them have gone through. They each one say only "has issues". No clue what the problem is or how to fix it. Further, printify provides ZERO communication so I only know my order didn't go through after looking it up on the website. No email to say there is a problem and what to do about it. Nothing. I hate printify and will never again purchase from them.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND. I accidentally purchased a subscription thinking it was something else and when I went to get the help they totally blew me off. I was trying to be nice and they wouldn't help me out and left me on delivered not answering any of my questions or at least trying to help at the slightest. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAMMERS AND DON'T HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND.

      ****************** monitoring or taking responsibility for vendor illegal activity)-Printify is advertising one thing on their site (on behalf of vendor-***) and the vendor is sending out something else to customer. (I have photos/description/title of product vs what is being sent to customer).I recently opened an Etsy business for kids tees (6 mos-6T). Printify feeds their product I purchase to Etsy-(Printify's photos and description automatically.) A customer left negative feedback on the ************** photos of what they received including the vendor tag for proof. It doesn't take a keen eye or an expert to see that the tee/material is not what is being advertised.I contacted Printify customer service 4x to resolve & I was told that they wouldn't do anything. I asked for the ** Rep *** to escalate the "bait & switch" episode from their vendor they are representing to Printify leaders internally & I never heard back from her. I sent clear photos, the customer's *********************************** own photos/description as comparison to product received. They haven't addressed the issue by replacing and/or refunding.My other customer who received tees from the same vendor won't even leave a review or feedback. I'm not concerned about my loss of money as much as my lost reputation as a new shop owner and Printify addressing the issue of 'bait and switch.' They advertise the infant tee as 'jersey cotton.' Jersey cotton in general is a type of knitted fabric known for its soft,comfy feel and laid-back aesthetic. The textile is also notably stretchy. While traditional cotton doesn't have this flexibility, the knitting technique.The tee sent to my customer is clearly inflexible/hard/scratchy; cheap.I was then told by the Rep the tee is Ringspun cotton not Jersey, but argued Ringspun cotton are textiles made with very fine, high quality cotton yarn that is spun many times to create a softer, finer fabric & often mistaken for rayon or silk because of feel &appearance.

      So I started a store barely 2 weeks old and sold 62 items with Printify by the time it was 30 days old. Sounds great right? Wrong! The items were small ticket small profit for the most part. In selling these items Printify systematically screwed up so many of them in so many different ways I had to close my store due to poor reviews coming on a 30 day old store. Talking to their customer service is like speaking to 3rd graders who don't get things, or try to as little as possible. Then you have them returning money to my Printify balance? That is another way for them not to return your money at all, especially if you don't want to use them anymore? They're just a middleman and a greedy expensive one at that. If you go direct to the companies they do you'll see a world not offered remotely by Printify in pricing and shipping costs, which is far far better! Because of Printify's antics I'll be suing them in Small Claims court right after these holidays they ruined for so many of my potential now lost along with my store customers. Do not use them!!!!

      Printify had me setup an **** store. They walked me through every step. How to create an **** store and link it to printify. Now, I'm permanently banned from selling on ****, because drop shipping is against their policy. Can't even get a response from printify

      Just saw an absolutely disgusting advertisement mocking people in recovery from addiction. Will absolutely avoid using this company in all future endeavors

      Printify provides the customer with fraudulent information in order to make profit. They should be shut down.

      They need to be more honest about the shipping times of their vendors. Don't put down that this vendor has a shipping time of 2.5 days when seven days later the t-shirt still hasn't been shipped out. Then they will come back and argue that this is the estimated time and weekends don't count. Then you need to increase your estimated shipping time and stop tricking your customers into thinking things will be shipped out faster than they appear and include weekends in your poor math equation. I have Chinese vendors that charge half the price with the exact same quality that ship out faster. I would never waste money again on their premium membership which I had for over a year only to pay for the worst and most argumentative customer service money can buy. They are way overpriced and they are just middlemen. I would suggest that print-to-demand buyers skip these guys and just order directly from the actual printers themselves!
