    The ************************* said I two had free websites as a starterfor just registering. After registering I purchased a forty-nine-dollar website template and then they said I could not use it unless I signed up for a long-term hosting plan. I immediately asked for either a forty-nine-dollar refund or simply let me have the template. They just avoided all contact. Sent an email to the ceo, **** ******** and their support ************************** support team - all without any response at all. They do have a new ceo so maybe this will change their culture. Her contact info -> ***** ****.

    Why is Webflow rated C- by the Better Business Bureau? Why would that be? Well, because when you choose to become a customer of **********************, you are also choosing to become their prey. Becoming a Webflow customer is a good way to be victimized by the organization you patronize (I guess two birds with one stone -- always a treat to pay for one's own abuse).Webflow switched my plan from a Basic plan to a CMS plan without my knowledge and against my will. They reimbursed me for the grift, but they immediately removed my website because I was being "threatening" and "intimidating." As I said to Webflow Legal and will tell them until I'm blue in the face and they've heard this old birdie, they can bring that *********** to the judge.I called Webflow out on this after noticing another victim of this fraud on Reddit, and rather than acknowledging their scam or even truly rectifying my situation, I was refunded a little over $30. Webflow would then not allow me to access my account, because I blow up over being systematically robbed. I was told to mind my manners. That is absurd. Webflow apparently thinks its customers are numbers, and that they are all so docile that they will be able to get away with this. The thing is that people buy based off how they feel about an organization's character. Clearly, Webflow's is nonexistent. Furthermore, my experience certainly revealed the company attempts to treat some of its customers as if they were children on a school bus.Bad customer service experiences at ********************** seem to be innumerable -- just based on talking with various people and looking at discussions in different areas of the internet. Webflow's 3.5 Stars on ****** are independent validation of how poorly supported this company's products are. 3.5 Stars is 70 percent -- another C-Minus. Webflow is a C-************** Would you trust a hotel with 3.5 Stars or a cafe with a C-Minus Health Inspection? Have misgivings about Webflow? By all means, trust your instincts.
