Terrible app. The data base wasn't updated. Wrong person, wrong phone number, wrong address and wrong information. I just hope this company updates everything because like me, for my job I have to look for some information about a person and it is too embarrassing when I call them, it is the wrong number. I have been trying to get my name and all my personal information off the true search that can be googled for everyone to see. I never gave anyone Permission to put my information as well as my families information on this site. I tried many times to remove it and when they send you the link to have it removed in your email it does not work. They have no right to put this information out there with listing my family and some friends on this site under my name and some of the information is wrong. I have requested several times for them to remove the phone number that they have listed with a person that isn't me . I have received several calls for this person and have notified these people calling that this isn't her number . I have had this number for several yrs now. This company had all my personal information available to the public without my consent. I requested removal and they did remove the record. The issue is that if you search my name, my cellphone and name pop up. Then if you click on it it will say the record is removed. I want my cellphone remove from the initial search. I am a teacher and do not want students or parents calling me on my personal cellphone. I contacted them via there support email and was asked to do the removal process again.
