Tried to delete my information. A dv victim and other safety issues. They are trying to send a link to my email for me to click on after already clicking for removal. Of course, their phone number is not to speak with anyone. To remove your own information they want you to do what youre so often told to NEVER DO, which is click on links sent to your email! While we do not take phone calls, we have agents online 6 days a week responding to emails and processing opt out requests for people who are having issues using the self service tool. Looks like the last email we sent you was asking for a link to your profile on our website so we have a way to identify the information you want removed. You have not responded to that email yet. SOME STRANGE MAN SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR BECAUSE OF THIS SITE!!! THEY LIST YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ADRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS TOO! THIS WEBSITE IS HIGHLY DANGEROUS! They obtain your personal information via stalking you on other websites (by their own admission they do this) and then they list your current adress and phone number and even ones from the past... so any crazy can find you (or an elderly parent or loved one for example) and show up at your door in the middle of the night like they did with me! I'm on disability all jacked up and a crazy man told my landlord he found me on their site! They forced me into harm's way! When I went to look for myself, to my horror and shock, all my personal info was right there, not even behind a paywall! They listed my mothers name, every family member I have, adresses of current and of the past! GET THE **** OUT AND TAKE ACTION, DON'T BELIEVE ME, LOOK YOURSELF UP ON IT AND PREPARE TO BE ****** OFF. What's next, our private pictures? Our SSN's? Our Bank account info? Because the info they have on you is beyond creepy and no, it is NOT LEGAL to stalk a person and then post your adress and phone number with a ****** maps image tied to it for complete strangers to find you and potentially harm you. This is serious and it's gonna get somebody killed if they are not taken down. BEWARE of looking yourself up on this website because it will freak you out. Not right at all about this company. They did remove my information off of search results within the website but if I search my name, my name and phone number come right up on search results on ******* My phone number shows right up plain as day. I never agreed or was contacted to be listed in the first place. This can easily be a dangerous situation to ones life if they are avoiding abusive ex, crazy family members or a breech in privacy with all the identity theft out there these days. I tried to contact ****** but it just goes in circles. Be most excellent if this company not only removes requested personal information but took the extra steps to make sure we are deleted from all search results because isnt that the point of not wanting listed on the internet in the first place? Come on, at least do all possible if we ask to be removed. I know this is just a probably low paid job for you people employed for this company and everyone needs to eat and pay bills but imagine this being you or someone you love or family or a close friend. We did not ask to take part in this company listings.Please whoever is in charge, how about go above and beyond and remove me from ****** search results so if my name is typed in nothing at all comes up? I suppose just my name showing and city and state I live is one thing but to show my age and address and phone numbers and all that, horrible!! Be one thing if all thats hidden and your website users have to pay to get an address or phone number.
