      Great product but the customer service is very much lacking. My credit card expired and, instead of reaching out to get a new form of payment, they just cancelled my subscription. I lost all of my data on my security system and the company is refusing to compensate me for lost data. Unfortunately this is the new norm for tech companies: design something great and then sell off to scumbags who will take money and never do anything for the customer. I will be RUNNING away from this product once my next subscription is up.

      Exceedingly poor products. As everything is DIY you had better be a tech wiz or you will struggle to get anything working. And good luck getting any help: Tech support is mostly by email, which you will spend days waiting for. However, if by a strike of luck you actually get a person on the phone, they are ********** and patient and do try their best to help.

      Abode sold products with certain features (iPhone notifcations) that was included in the base product (with the one time purchase) and a monthly subscription wasn't needed. They then removed the feature unless a monthly subscription is paid. Very disappointed with this bait and switch.
