      I reserved a space for three months, months in advance. I didn't receive my access device or any conformation until halfway through the first month. Was no compensated for that. Four months after the lease ended I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. Any inquiry about it just leads to me being ghosted. Do not do business with these people they will rip you off and scam you at every turn.

      Terrible. Parking spaces we not as advertised, broken website, non-responsive hosts and incompetent customer service. I was charged hundreds of dollars for a service I never received. I would recommend this to no one.

      I reserved a spot through spacer and it showed up as a private lot on the website. I reached out to the owner after my parking was confirmed and he gave me a different address than it showed that was about 15 min away to park at. He sent me the address and told me to send a picture when I was there. I parked my car and sent him a picture to make sure I was in the right spot and he confirmed. I went back a few days later to pick my car up and it was gone. My car got towed and I reached out to the owner and spacer and got no initial response. I had to spend $400 at the tow yard and the owner never responded to my claims. I sent all the evidence to spacer but they have sided with the owner and will respond every few days. Ive sent them all the communication from the owner confirming my car was in the correct spot and they keep pushing back. The owner never responded to me after my car was towed and spacer will message back every few days telling me they are reviewing the incident. This service is a complete scam and theyll let a random person give you a spot to park in they dont own. I have tried messaging the parking owner but received no response and continued to get charged. I would recommend paying for a garage or just leaving your car in a random parking lot, then if you get towed you dont have to pay the monthly fee they keep charging
