    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Ticket Fairy. Despite multiple emails to various team members, I have received little to no meaningful communication regarding a significant payment delay.The issue began October 2024, and I was initially informed that the payout for my event was being reviewed. A week later, I was told the matter had been escalated to a senior team member, yet no resolution has been provided. Throughout this process, customer service has been slow, vague, and unresponsive to my follow-ups.This delay is unacceptable and has impacted my ability to plan for an upcoming event. Their lack of urgency and transparency raises serious concerns about their reliability as a platform. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.I hope they address this matter promptly, but my confidence in their business practices has been severely damaged.

    Never use Ticket Fairy. They are a platform that once built a web software system for managing systems and have since abandoned any operational focus. Meaning, their customer support wont help you. They wont pay you out after the event and will withhold funds your earned without giving it to you. An absolute scam.They owe me >$5k. Ive messaged several employees, the founder, and the support team over 30 times to no avail. It is multiple months since my event and I have lost all faith in this platform.Find another one.

    I am a producer. I have held two events over a month ago using Ticketfairy and have yet to be paid out. I keep getting a response that my payment is being processed. We will follow up with the payment team. In addition, I have a friend who holds a monthly event using ticketfairy she says they are several months behind in paying her out. If you are an event producer, I suggest using another ticket platform.I have vendors to pay and no money. I saw a similar review as well, wish I would have known.

    This was my 2nd time using the Ticket Fairy platform and the 2nd time having an issue receiving a payout. Last year there was a delay but I eventually received my payout after contacting support. This year it's been over a month since my event and I'm still getting a runaround after several emails. They keep telling me it has been escalated. Not super impressed and will switch to another platform until they can get their act together.
