    I was sold faulty tires. One tire blew out, one went bald with very little driving done on them. The company refuses to refund me even with a 12 month, ****** warrenty

    Attached is the reciept and the guarentee that they offer with each tire. I also have a statement from the other shop that shows both tires were faulty and one completly blew out.

    I am rejecting this response because: Id like a refund for the faulty tires, not a conversation with thier staff. ** already called with no help at all. Apparently thier guarentee isnt promised.

    if there are some defective tires please bring them into the store to be inspected. Consumer cannot get a flat and immediately claim the tires were bad without us inspecting them.

    I am rejecting this response because: Your store was closed on Sunday and I had my car towed to Wheel Works. They inspected the tires and deemed them faulty. I have thier statement and shared it with Big O Tires's corporate support as asked to do. They agreed the statement from the other shop was valid. I would be happy to share my reciept with statements.
