    Don't ever go to this location if you are female.These guys are consistently rude to my girlfriend whenever she brings in our ****** name and number is secondary, yet since it's a man's name, they always call me first to let us know the car is ready.Whenever they speak to me, they're incredibly polite when I'm not even aware the car is in the shop.Unfortunately for my partner, they constantly deny her thoughts.She can describe what she experience and they will gaslight her and tell her what she personally experienced is wrong.They will belittle her, tell her she doesn't know what she's talking about.Doesn't matter if a customer is wrong, if they ask you about something they're concerned about, how it is ever ok to tell them they don't know what they're talking about, and flat out refuse to do it.Everytime they tell her "it sounds like it's just this so we're just going to do this"Apparently they had enough of her today, because normally we get a call and are instructed to come in anytime in the same day to pick it ******** she called back to verify the work done, and apparently this ****** the workers off so much, they threatened her saying that if she doesn't come in the next 30 minutes, they will leave the car out on the street for people to break into.If you need your car fix and have to go in here, make sure the man of the household does it, otherwise you're in for one incel of an experience.

    The worst customer service I have received in years. Extremely rude manager and a staff that will try to scam you. The manager literally screamed in my face and used his body to shove me out of the store while I was trying to understand his policies and inaccurate information his staff gave me just because he did not want to have an professional adult conversation.
