    I provided information about my trip to ***** to apply for an e-visa with my trip dates between November 12 and November 18th 2024. The company gave the India consulate incorrect dates and my e-visa would expire on November 8th, which is not what I asked for. I reached out through customer service only to get an AI bot for a week until I finally got a call from a human **************** tried to make me reapply and pay again despite their error and never took care of the issue. They essentially stole $51 from me due to lack of customer service and competence on their end to do the right thing.

    I paid Atlys $102 on June 6th, 2023 for a **** to ******. They were not able to provide that service. In a recent email on August 14th, 2023 they stated they are not able to refund my ongoing application. I have asked several times via email that I will need a refund since they were not able to provide the service that I paid them for.

    In December I hired Atlys to obtain an E-**** to *****. They charged me $35 with an ETA of February 13th. On February 13th I received no word of my E-**** status. It was recommended I reapply. I reapplied on February 1st with an ETA of February 5th. This time charging me $216 and claiming I require additional health insurance to be accepted into the country I was traveling, which come to find out is very much a lie. February 5th arrived, still no E-****. I decided to file myself through gov. website, I was granted within 12 hours and was only charged $40. When I tried to cancel my services with Atlys and selected their "refund" button, they are refusing. Why have a "refund" request selection if you are going to refuse to return money when you do not deliver contracted services? Seeking my $251 back as justice for their in ability to deliver products as discussed and unprofessional, unreliable, scam behavior.

    Very poor customer services and you would learn that they charge $350 to apply with ************* for NIF for ******** while I contacted directly Bordr and found out it's only $150, Same for Openining a bank account in ******** They charged me $450 and Bordr charge $300. When I asked for the deference to be credited to my account, they threat me to contact the ******** Consulate and they will never provide me with residency. I couldn't believe that they email me that threat in writing. I disputed their services because that is not legal and or legit to treat people with such a hustle way.

    Communication was very poor! First was *** report, they directed me to post office where I learned that I have to pay $50 over the $18 I paid to obtain the report. However, if they directed me to police office it would have been free. When I contacted Atlys to ask for my *** report because *** offices told me that they have an email that doesn't belong to me so they couldn't provide it online for me. When I contacted Atlys the then tell me that their app generate an email for me????? then the inform me that when I receive the report by mail, I am NOT to pen the envelope. If I didn't contact them, I would have for sure open the envelope. My NIF was never filed and I contacted Atlys to let them Know, They told me to check my Spam but, nothing was in my Spam. They then contacted "Bordr" the agency that file for NIF and open a bank account and they immediately contacted me to ask for a clear copy of my passport and utility **** that mach my name on my passport. Again, no follow up and delay for no reason in my power or my part. Them, I learn that ***** charge $150 for filing NIF however, Atlys charged me $350, also Bordr charge $350 to open bank account however, Atlys charged me $450. I ask only to be credit the deference spicily that Atlys explains in their charges that the only Mony they charge me for their services is $100 and they break it down to the *****. VERY DISSATISFY!!!!
