    I paid for **** processing through Atlys but never received the service or a refund. Support team is unresponsive. I have already started legal complaints in ******.

    0 stars, had to give 1 because 0 was not an option. They are definitely a scam. At first, their app showed me that I will get a confirmed appointment for March 27th. After I paid, the app showed me that they cannot guarantee an appointment (just the opposite of their initial messaging). I emailed them when I would get an appointment and I was told they will work on the application. I told them immediately that your messaging is misleading when you show that you will give a confirmed appointment. I was given the biggest shock of an answer for that: The messaging that it's a confirmed appointment is a "UI bug" that they are aware of. I asked for a refund which after a few hesitant emails I was told I will get.Cut to few weeks later when I asked for a status on my refund and I was told we won't issue you one. I was told this:"We checked thoroughly if we can issue you a refund. Based on investigation we cannot issue you a refund. We do apologize but we cannot issue a refund as consulates would only accept appointments 3 months before your trip which we cannot control as that is their policy".BUT this was definitely wrong as I was already able to secure an appointment myself by this point and had already submitted my documents.I had provided my own itineraries, purchased the insurance and yet they said no to refunding the 100 dollars they charge as a "service" fee for a service that I told on the very first day that I didn't want and no surprises even if they were disregarding all that and still working on my application to prove something to me, they still didn't have an appointment as of March 27th (which was the supposedly confirmed appointment I was supposed to have before I had paid the money).

    Please never ever use this company for any of their services.. they badly messed up my **** and issued expired **** . Several emails were sent to fix the issue but no response from hem, no apology either.. I had to pay another company who issues in 3 days.. I believe they are bunch of incompetent people who dont know what they are doing and this was a complete waste of my money.. they are scammers

    I paid to have a ******* **** completed for myself and my partner. The fees were $70. We had an expected date of delivery of January 2, 2023. We were flying into ******* on January 4, 2023. The government website showed a 2-3 day turnaround and we completed all requirements 11 days in advance. They failed to contact us, never provided the service, admitted to their failure claiming they take longer now, and agreed to refund the amount. But they never refunded the amount. Worse yet, we were then required to $498 to get a 2 -hour emergency turnaround time with a reputable company which obtained the ****s in 90 minutes. Ive had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely awful company, customer service and simply fabricates its products and ability to help you. To top it off they lie about attempts, status, processes and refunds. Run, dont walk away.

    I paid them. They gave me a date by which to expect my ***** They did nothing. I had to (overnight) get a **** by other means. This company is simply a front hoping that enough people will just write off paying them as a stupid mistake. Still pursuing a refund, but I don't hope for much. Total scam.

    I applied multiple times for the ************* via the embassy and VFS and was approved every time. I assumed using Atlys' service was simple and would save me time, but I was proved wrong. Atlys sells its service as worry-free when it's the opposite.Atlys fills out the travel **** application on your behalf. The most significant issue is that the "Member States of Destination" Atlys supplied is false. Atlys listed only one country when I recorded three countries and their travel dates.I contacted the country's embassy, where I will enter the Schengen area and apply for a travel ****. They cautioned me my application could get denied as my itinerary doesn't correspond with the information Atlys sent to their **** center. The form isn't something you fill out online and print. It is their government's documentation of your application.They advised me to submit a new application on their official page with all the Schengen states I am visiting, which I heeded.In addition, Atlys displays non-existent appointment dates and times. After checking VFS' official page, I discovered the date and time I selected on Atlys' app are unavailable. The earliest they have is at least three weeks away. I had to book one without delay before the earliest appointments ran out.Atlys is uncooperative and doesn't agree to resolve the issue. I furnished all evidence to Atlys' support team that they misrepresented my application and misled me with early appointment dates. They still refuse to refund, which other customers have pointed out in their reviews even if they're wrong. Atlys disregards the fact they sent fraudulent information to the ***************** and that the appointment dates were bogus. Please apply directly at a country's embassy or consulate and VFS, their official partner. It is much cheaper and quicker than Atlys, who will hoodwink you.
